My experience with Dade Pest Solutions was exceptional. From the very moment I called them the responsiveness was impressive. They were quick to answer all my questions and scheduled a visit immediately. Shaun who is the owner of the company Personally came out to do the inspection of my home. He located the source of the problem and quickly resolved it. The price was fair. There were no additional fees, and he even went above and beyond the services I paid for. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with any kind of pest or rodent problem. They take it seriously and resolve it quickly.

I called this company because I saw their positive reviews, but honestly, I can't say the same. The first day I called, a woman answered the phone. I don't know if she was sleepy, but the interrogation she subjected me to was so unbelievable and annoying that I decided not to use their services because I can't imagine what will happen after this experience. Questions like the size of the attic, whether they were winged ants or not, whether they were mice? If I had known all that, I wouldn't have had to pay the $600 they were asking for the inspection. In short, a relationship that never really began, because it was a terrible start.

I used this pest control service for a termite inspection, and they were very detailed in their approach. The technician checked wooden furniture, door frames, and wall corners thoroughly. They explained the early signs of termite damage and showed me areas I hadn’t noticed before. The treatment process took a few hours, and they were careful with application inside the house. It’s been a few months now, and I haven’t seen any further signs of damage. Overall, it felt like a professional and knowledgeable service.

Amazing company with fast response and fast service. Great for Veterans buying homes who needs inspections and treatment. He inspected the home and the wood and gave me an estimate and multiple solutions. I wanted to treat the whole home so I went with renting it. Tent was up on Tuesday and we were cleared by Thursday for a 1800 sq ft home. The warranty is also great for his service with an extended renewal option. Maria is easy to talk to and keeps you informed. Shaun handles everything for you and ensures you are getting the best service. I recommend this company for any size home or any pest situation you may have. Very affordable as well.
