Edwin is very attentive to any pet problems whether it may come from me saying, or that he notices himself, and he takes actions. And he also explains the problems and actions when asked to do so.

Shield Pest Control has been taking care of my lawn for about three years now and the lawn looks better than ever. I'm very happy with the service from weed control to fertilizer and insect control, they know what to do. Initially Brandon took the lead but recently Alexis has assisted and is doing a great job and keeping up the work by Shield Pest Control.

I truly am thankful for the customer service and attention to detail Shield Pest Control provides when they visit my property. I had a serious flea issue in which my dog and the neighbors dog both had fleas of which they never did and we figured out it was because one of the other neighbors dog had it and the owners never addressed it, so of course it spread. Robert Ballard is very courteous, and considerate when spraying and does a great job every time he comes. He is friendly and treats me with respect and a smile. Keep up the good work!

Luis is EXCELLENT. Always friendly, always offers helpful suggestions on how to keep my home termite free and always does a thorough job inspecting. It has been 2+ years since Shield got rid of my termite infestation and Luis's annual inspections help keep it that way. Very happy to have Luis and Shield on my termite trouncing team!

When I heard that my former exterminator of 10+ years Chris, was no longer with Shield Pest Control, I was concerned about the service but decided to give the next tech a try. I’m so glad I did because Michael Greene was amazing. Super friendly, explaining the process in detail and asked about any areas of concerns that needed to be addressed. When he heard my dogs barking, he made sure to remind me to leave pets inside for at least a hour. Thanks Shield and Michael.

Shield Pest Control was very good. I started to hear a noise in my walls and thought there may be a rat in the attic. Jose Pena answered my calls and Luis Oreleana, ,the technician who did the work on my house, was professional and responsive. While he was sealing roof vents I opened up a kitchen drawer and found a huge, nasty, black lizard. I screamed and brought Luis down from the roof and he took it by the tail and got it out. Since then we found no rats or anything else in the traps. So it may have been that lizard. Luis is very responsible and comes to check the traps when he says he is coming. I am pleased with their service although it is not cheap with any company. I highly recommend them for their customer service. Marianne Salazar
