Mike amanzing guy quick on his job
Ariel does a fantastic job servicing our building. He is always professional, friendly, and very thorough. Since he has been treating the building, I haven’t had any fleas or roaches in my apartment, which I really appreciate. It’s clear he cares about doing a great job. Highly recommended!

I wish I can give this company a negative one but it's impossible. Don't recommend doing business with this company. They have horrible customer service and horrible earth ethnic. If I had something positive to say I would, but it's very difficult to do.

They killed all our plants and trees that are many feet away from the structure by ignoring our conversations and the outline of the house, two palm trees, and multiple other plants. We just put in a couple months ago. They did not bring out the protective bags to seal extra items. We can’t even get a call back. Extremely disappointed

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. While I appreciate the effort, the service has not been reliable. There were repeated issues that made it hard to trust or depend on consistently. I hope they improve, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it at this time.

We’d like to clarify a few important details.<br><br>The termite service agreement for this property was never transferred to you as the new owner, and it ended prior to your purchase of the home. This was explained at the time, and you were given the option to purchase a new plan, which you declined.<br><br>The original agreement, signed by the previous owner, also required quarterly treatments to maintain the warranty. Those treatments were not completed, which voided the warranty. Additionally, due to the high number of unscheduled service requests after the agreement had ended, we made the decision to cancel services completely, in accordance with the terms of the original contract.<br><br>We take pride in providing professional and reliable service, and we’d be happy to discuss a new treatment plan with you if you’re interested. I asked for a quote, they sent me invoice to pay. I emailed them back asking for a quote & not invoice, They sent me an invoice again. Customer service is not good. I don't recommend this company for business.

The termite service is inefficient. They charge a lot and after 1 year they didn't even decrease, on the contrary, the termites on the property increased. They don't take their jobs seriously, hire people with no experience, and cancel appointments at the last minute or arrive too late.
Don't hire this company. When I called for appointment the owner fly to come to sign the contract and get money. He promised what he will do for me when comes to termites, so many things,by himself. For the treatment appointment he showed up for few minutes only. Later when I started to have concerns and I made appointment with him only to determined do I have termites again, the appointment was made but he never showed up. I left my job earlier, and he called and started to interview me and what ever I said I was wrong. My heart was beating so fast and I was feeling like I did some criminal act and police is interviewing me . He also said that he is one hour and half away from me, then he won't come. Please remember, I had an appointment. He also said he can come only if I have good proof, for example termites have to fly inside the house. I made this appointment one month ago and he practically saying that the termites have to still fly since one month, but I killed them some how, for him to come. He is very aggressive the way how he speaks. I paid $3800 for termites.
SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT USE. THEY COME TO YOUR HOUSE PROVIDE A TREATMENT THAT DOESN'T WORK, AND THEN WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO COME BACK BECAUSE IT DIDNT WORK (WHICH THE FEE SAYS IT COVERS THEM TO COME BACK FOR A YEAR) THEY IGNORE YOUR CALLS ANDTEXTS. DO NOT USE THEM! YOU ARE BETTER THROWING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.
They are dishonest and even with a contract they chose not to acknowledge the guarantee provided. $1000 plus down the drain because of lies from a “Christian” company. I’m disgusted by their deceptive business practices and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

I needed an exterminator to treat my Mother’s home after she passed away. I contacted Trinity because there reviews were good. The owner sent one of his employees out to look and give me a price. We were told by the employee that we would need three treatments and that it would be $375. This seemed really expensive to me especially because the problem didn’t seem that bad. But, he was the professional and I put my trust in him. Still, I was hesitant to pay the $375 up front and now I am so thankful I did. The house was sprayed the first time on a Friday afternoon. The second time he was supposed to come, he did not call or show up. I called and complained and they came the next day. The final day they were supposed to come and do this lengthy process that the owner explained to me about removing all of the outlets and spraying inside the appliances. And that we would need to leave the home for three to four hours. The employee was supposed to be there between 4-5 pm. He called at 7 to say he was on the way. I said isn’t it to late your boss said that this is a lengthy process and we would need to live the home for three to four hours. This employee knew nothing about removing outlets and spraying in appliances. He told me we would only need to leave for an hour. At this point I was just finished. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. When I spoke to the owner about this he wanted to speak over me and was really rude. He contributed part of this to him being out of the country. I told him that I felt like he had inconvenienced me enough and he and his employee were not on the same page. I asked that he give me a partial refund. Which he refused. I have paid over $250 and don’t even feel like I received $50 of service. Maybe he was taking care of his business and not out of the country for all of his customers who gave him good reviews!

After calling 3 times for an estimate and finally having someone call me back we gave this business a chance. A friendly gentleman came out for the 1st treatment, they missed the 2nd appointment with no call to alert us they will not be there. Then sent an unprofessional tech for the 2nd treatment a week later. This business did not create that fuzzy warm feeling for me.
