Beware of this company. Rumor has it that they are trying to get out of the termite business, and they are dragging their feet or not renewing or even calling customers back. I have had Terminix for many years and I called them looking for my bill in November 2025, then in December 2025, then in January 2026 about my renewal and each time I got "you will get a bill soon" comment. Would not recommend... .I hired Terminix to remove spray foam insulation from my attic, install new insulation, and perform a treatment — all of which was clearly outlined in our contract. DO NOT HIRE!!! Did not complete insulation removal and refuses to return my calls since August 2023. I hired Terminix for insulation removal as part of mold remediation.
