Very upset. The first and second contact was professional and did great job but this third man was visibly drunk. I could smell the alcohol while speaking to him. He sprayed on my pool deck after telling him to not go around pool. He almost sprayed my chicken coop also after telling him I had livestock there. I accept a mistake but he couldn’t even retain what I said to him. Then I had to hand a 409 dollar check. Left msg after no answer at office. I am not a mean person but this was unacceptable. Hope to hear from office.

Jeff and Southland Pest are the absolute best!! The secretary is so helpful and amazing as well! I can't speak enough about how excellent Jeff and Southland Pest have been for pest, termite bond, and WDO inspections. Their customer service has truly been impeccable. They are incredibly responsive, and have gotten right out if we've had any issue and taken care of everything, and they have great pricing as well for everything that they do! So thankful for them!
