Brock Lawn and Pest Control has the best service, in every aspect, that I have seen in a very long time. From the office ladies ( Joanne) to our technician Anthony, everyone has been as nice as you could ever want. Pricing is great too. What a find!!

I have a monthly service that keeps my yard free of offensive pests and takes care of mice when they come to find my fruit trees. I’m going to now try the Service of spraying my lawn for any things that could get onto my dogs.

I have used Brock for 2 years in Panama City and they were incredible. Over the last 4 years in Crestview I have had to call them twice to address issues with our lawn. The video I saw from our camera today explains all of this. The “technician” was just flicking the wand around randomly and did not care if he applied good coverage. The fact that I am paying for this is insane! In the photo I posted, he literally walked and angle to the corner of our sidewalk/driveway and was done….i seriously can’t wrap my head around this.

So far not real impressed, had for only three months, had to call to see when they are going to show up. They missed the whole month of October, I will just wait and see how long until they contact me. Last time I called they blamed weather, the October weather had zero rain, waiting for next excuse. Update: Just fired the Lawn service, They just called and can not make an appointment for today. This is the third week in a row that they have not serviced my lawn because of unforeseen circumstances, so my lawn has not been serviced since the end of May.

I like my technician Anthony, he is very knowledgeable, courteous and easy to talk to. He is attentive to my pest control needs. I appreciate him & staff at Brock Pest Control.

My family has been a Brock customer since 2007, for quarterly pest treatments at several different homes. We have stayed with them not only because their service is excellent and the prices are fair, but also most of all ... the people are EXCELLENT! Horrible Billing Department I canceled service in writing I received a phone call 4 months later from Lisa demanding payment. Needless to say, I made the payment canceled service and will be taking our clients elsewhere.

We have used Brock for our pest control and lawn care on two homes now. Kerry is extremely knowledgable and I always appreciate her going above and beyond to answer questions and help solve any sod issues. We just had a visit from Jason for the first time today and he was very professional, answered all of my questions and made me feel confident about the lawn care plan. Thank you team Brock!

Brock Pest control took my concerns seriously and spoke to me about the steps to take care of the probem. The technician was very helpful and was going to relay my requests to the office. I highly recommend Brock Pest Control.

DO NOT use Brock for lawn service. After two years they destroyed my lawn. My cameras caught them multiple times coming to yard with backpack sprayer staying 5 minutes than leaving. Always, in a rush!! My yard is almost 10, 000 SQ FT. Weeds started growing everywhere. Who knows what they were spraying?? Whatever it was, it didn’t help . Talked to regional manager twice and they came to my house to look at problem. No action was taken to correct problem. After another three months, Finally fired them
