We have been customers of WipeOut pest control for 24 years. The product they use once a year truly keeps bugs away for a full year. Alphonzo is our guy, his incredible! His patience for answering our questions is greatly appreciated. Alphonzo is extremely professional, knowledgeable. He is extremely thorough, smart and sweet.

When people in the service industry need to use the restroom, it is never a big deal. What is, however, is leaving stains on the OUTSIDE of my toilet and toilet bowl. I am absolutely disgusted by this, my empathy can only extend so far when my bathroom is left a mess that I have to clean. Absolutely horrible service, Wipeout will Wipeout your bathroom.

We were very pleased with the service. Adam was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how things work. Along with where he was going to put the chemicals. Very courteous. Highly recommend.

Have been a customer for over five years. Requested a call from a supervisor or owner it’s been over a week no call. I guess customer service is not something they offer. I guess it’s time to look for a new company. I use to refer people their way guess I’m the dummy.

One of the best pest companies I ever deal with

I didn’t renew this year. For over 2 years now I’ve had a beetle infestation in my house, I complained about it repeatedly the owner even came out once to look at them and promised a plan to get rid of them but I never heard back after that. 3 years of paying for an annual service and I still have the beetle infestation. I can’t recommend a company that is unable to get a pest problem under control when that is their business

Always provides prompt, courteous service. Alfonso is the best—Hard working, thorough & detailed.

They were good for a couple years. For the last year I’ve never had so many ants. They told me I had to be home for them to spray outside and they charged me for spraying my outdoor tiki which they never did. Don’t wast your money. You will just get aggravated.

We can't say enough about WIPEOUT Services! After a few visits our pesty carpenter ants were WIPED OUT!! Dennis arrived on time and sprayed inside and around house for several hours. However, those pesty carpenter ants still wouldn't give up. Ryan arrived twice and on time and sprayed certain areas/rooms of our house. Now, we haven't seen one carpenter ant or creepy crawler since. Surprisingly, one week later Ryan followed up with me and I was happy to tell him that we were finally bug free. We are so pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness from WIPEOUT Services. They were referred to me and I will refer them to others. Thank you WIPEOUT Services, we are finally bugless!!

I called the office and the lady on the phone sounds like a zombie. She doesn’t even know what she’s talking about. I called to set up a service for a bug treatment. I’m glad I did not renew my contract with these guys. Be careful on who you let take care of your property. I think they got bought out or something changed because they were not like this a few years back.

After 2 years and $600.00 dollars I'm still dealing with the same problem. Company is not willing to work to fix the problem without another $300.00 annual fee to still have the same problem. Not happy with them at all.

Very happy we chose them for our pest control. We recently moved here and previous owners of our home didn't use a pest control service- and it shows!!! Stephen came out 1st time & did a very thorough job, spending quite a while making sure to treat everywhere. We did need them to come back out, which they did without hesitation. Ryan came this time & was also great!! Appreciate the company making sure we get the bugs taken care of.

The best

Wipeout is very professional and on-time. The office staff is responsive and courteous. The technicians who came to our home were Steven and Keith. The techs were friendly, polite, clean with company uniform shirts and they did a great job. The whole company follows up and they make sure the problem is solved. Great job.
