The service technican seemed knowledgeable about the difference types of bugs. I showed him two types of bugs that was coming into the house. One type of bugs through the shower & bath drains. Another type of bugs coming through the windows sheilds and screens in the house. He called one of them a grasshopper and the other a erring (not sure of the name). He assured us that what is placed inside the tubes that go into the outside walls will kill and prevent those bugs from entering the house.
