My experience with this company thus far has been a nightmare. A sales guy randomly showed up to my apartment one day unannounced; no appointment or anything. Discussed the issues I was having and what my expectations were; essentially I needed Saturday appointments and I wanted the problem eradicated both of which I was told were no problem so we signed a contract. So far I have not gotten a Saturday appointment and when they do make one they don’t show up; like today. Confirmed the appointment

The billing practice is beyond deceitful and service does not match up with what is advertised. They let you know they will be coming out every other month and it is $47.00 a month. They do not explain they charge you for the months they do not come out. It is $94.00 per visit but they never tell you that, only how it is 47.00 a month. They said the technician would walk the exterior of the house and see if there are spots bugs could enter, and close up small holes. That was not done and he said
