Horrible service rep. Sandra just hung up on me for voicing my concern as a new client. the technician spray my lawn promised to stop by and check on progress but never did. when i called to follow up i was told the tech stopped by, well i work from home and have a fence and i know he never came back to check /re-spray my lawn for weeds. if I did not call i would be waiting and waiting. They want $220 per visit but customer service and follow up are horrible. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.

Well, after What started out being great service circa the last 1.5 years, I just canceled Royal Green’s annual lawn/shrub weed/feed and as-needed lawn pest service. When you promise to re-treat a customer’s lawn for weeds and it takes weeks to get follow-up treatment that is often tied into the next scheduled service and/or no promised call from the manager, it’s time to find another service that holds true to its service promise and customer base. Add to this when you have to go to Lowes or Home Depot to purchase a bag of lawn weed killer to control the weeds Royal Green cannot control via multiple excuses at a cost of > 1500.00/year, it speaks volumes to the quality/level of service. The same applies when you see obvious pest damage in your lawn that goes unreported or treated that you end up treating and curing yourself at the added out of pocket expense. Yes, it rains in Florida, but this is no excuse for not being able to control weeds in a well-manicured and think St.Augustine lawn. I would not recommend this lawn company and regret having done so to the neighbors in our community.

Amazing company , always go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for the BEST pest control in the game.

Friendly staff had me on the schedule quickly to come save my palm

Their spray techs have the capability to add or adjust their spray mixtures on the spot. They don't just fill all there trucks up in the morning with the same pre-made blend.

Great place to help your grass grow and stay healthy

Poor service had this company treat my palms and had 3 nearly die off on me. Had to go to home depot to get the treatment and do it myself. Save your money and do it yourself
