Identifying the right fireplace for our propane setup was the first challenge. We ordered a Monessen EYF18 with manual control as recommended by Curt. The unit is perfect for us but unfortunately we ran into a technical issue. Curt ordered a new valve for us on warranty and that fixed the problem. The most pleasant surprise was the quick response I received from Curt on every question. I received a thoughtful and useful reply by text within 10 minutes on every occasion. I hope most of Curt’s transactions are easier for him but he certainly carried the day for us.
