I just have to give a huge shoutout to Brian, our pest control technician. He’s honestly been amazing to work with. From the very first visit, he was professional, friendly, and just really easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. What really stands out about Brian is his customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and making sure his customers are happy. It’s such a relief knowing the job is being handled by someone who takes pride in their work.

This company declared that our property had termites....6k for remediation, without showing any proof of termites. A second inspector, who's been doing pest inspections for 27+ years had not found any termites, and further no pests, offering complements on the condition of the attic and the interior. Always second and third opinions. Pest control is a big racket in south Florida. BEWARE! BEWARE OF ALL FLORIDA.

Horrible never book didn’t get rid of anything and horrible service and members

I have been trying too get intouch with them for a renewal of my contract. Nobody has return my calls. Now my service contract will be up. All because they don't return your calls.

Completely unprofessional! One of their drivers hit my vehicle on highway, took off which is felon and when I called to speak to owner or manager they couldn’t have cared less! Be very careful hiring this reckless company they don’t take responsibility for their actions and will leaving you cleaning up the mess! Will be taking civil action against them to cover damages done to my vehicle!

Lucky for them they are getting 1 star. This company clearly is a joke so be aware of it. We booked not once for a termite tent house treatment, but twice, clearly towards the end of their shift, took them literally 5 mins to make a conclusion that they can’t perform somehow the job that was booked for over 1 week after initially supposedly them making sure everything was a go. A shame, stay away from them clearly they are trying to make money off of cancellations. Also they use representatives to speak on behalf of the company and have no clue what the job is and how the company works, aka commissions. Never again will we ever refer this company to anyone. A complete joke wasting people’s time and money specially when we are having to make arrangements to rent a place out for whatever duration of the job is. Again lucky they are getting one start, should be 0.

Showed up for the first two quarterly treatments. Made an appointment for the 3rd. No show, no call. Called them. They apologized and rescheduled. Again, stayed home all day. No show, no call. Three voice messages to their offices over the next 10 days were never responded to. Bye Bye All Florida.

Called this company and was told a service representative would call within 24 hours to set appointment for estimate. No call back. They emailed surveys, but no call. On the survey, I requested a call within 48 hours. No call. If you want SERVICE, use another company!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a pest control company that I feel compelled to share. Despite their promises of efficient service, they consistently failed to adhere to schedules and provide adequate customer support. Here are the key issues I encountered: Lack of Responsiveness: Whenever I needed to contact the pest control company, it was a challenge to get hold of a live operator. I had to call them multiple times before reaching someone who could assist me. This lack of accessibility was frustrating and time-consuming. Unfulfilled Promises: On several occasions, the company assured me that someone would reply to my inquiries within 24 hours. However, they consistently failed to follow through, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and frustration. Endless Follow-ups: Despite my persistent efforts to seek resolution, the pest control company seemed unresponsive to my concerns. Each interaction required multiple follow-ups, creating unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Considering these issues, I am disappointed with the level of service provided by this pest control company. Their failure to adhere to schedules, lack of responsiveness, and unfulfilled promises have negatively impacted my overall experience. It is essential for any service provider, especially in the pest control industry, to prioritize timely and effective communication with their customers. I hope that sharing my experience will encourage improvements in their customer service practices.

Repose to All Florida Pest Control: Your response is misleading and of no surprise to me. I now see where the staff get their training. I will NEVER hire All Florida Pest Control again. Deciding to pick and choose the questions you want to answer to try and make your business sound good is a desperate attempt to hide poor customer service. What about my business account? Why was it cancelled? We have never not been open for service nor have we ever asked to reschedule. Obviously it is ultimately my decision if I want to be a customer of All Florida Pest Control. Why would I call you back? The appropriate, good customer service thing to do would be to admit your mistakes and try to fix the problem. Better training is important when it comes to customer service. ---------------- I'm truly shocked at the bad customer service. All Florida Pest Control cancelled both my office and home service for what seems like an error on All Florida Pest Control's side. I've been a customer that has always paid on time and never complained. I called their main number and the woman that picked up gave bad customer service. OFFICE Customer Service rep said All Florida Pest Control could not service on one day and cancelled on another. This is false. We have never had a problem with All Florida Pest Control coming out. We've never cancelled or asked to reschedule. HOME Customer Service rep said the contract ended 08/2022 and said a rep was supposed to call us about renewal. We never got a call. During All Florida Pest Control's acquisition there was a lot of hassle trying to get people on the phone to service my office and home. I was okay with that because of the growing pains associated with acquisitions. However, when I called today the rep gave the above responses. After I shared my concern she simply said, "it was up to us if we wanted to continue with All Florida Pest Control and we don't need to continue if we don't want to if the service was so bad." As if All Florida Pest Control is doing me a favor by "allowing" us to be a customer of All Florida Pest Control. I'm very disappointed. I didn't hire them because I was looking for the cheapest company out there. I chose All Florida Pest Control because of the terrific customer service and high quality of work received. I sent an email to the manager and service rep and both came back rejected due to emails no longer active.

TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. Do not use this company if you value your time at all. Of four scheduled appointments they came to two. One was on time and a quick spray (5 minutes for a 1000 sq ft apt) that killed ZERO roaches. The second time they were over an hour and a half late, but our roach problem mostly went away. They followed up for a consultation, gave me a huge time window 2-3:30, and then at 4:35 call me (AFTER they close) to tell me they're not coming. They will no call no show unless you call their HQ, and then HQ will lie and say they're on the way. Incredibly unprofessional, go elsewhere.
