Absolutely terrible! They tented my house. During that time the manager's children were running inside my home and were caught on our security cameras. If I had not gone back to my house I would not have known they did not completely cover my house with a tent. They had to redo after I showed them pictures. Their customer service was bad as well

If you have german roach problem, hire these guys! They are ligit. Easy scheduling process, great customer service, taking their time to listen and explain options available, reasonable pricing, and last but not least excellent results. I dealt with Von and MJ and would give them 10 starts, if i could. Thank you, AAA!

I am a very dissatisfied customer of AAA Pest Control. This company is completely dishonest and operates with no ethics. They quoted me one price over the phone, but when the technician arrived at my home, the price was suddenly tripled. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and shows a total lack of integrity. I will never do business with them again and strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Terrible service from start to finish. They charged me just to inspect my apartment, missed several areas, and only treated one section. I had to call them back multiple times because the termites were still present. Each time, they “discovered” new spots, ones they clearly missed during the initial inspection, and tried to charge me again for treating them. On top of that, their staff is rude and unhelpful on the phone. It’s clear they do a poor job checking your place just to charge you more later. Completely unprofessional and a waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

The company is mediocre, at best. We have been with them for about 3 years because the techs do a pretty good job, and the service is convenient. However, the office is a mess and calls to reschedule visits constantly, does not read notes on your account, and their customer service skills are nil. I won’t go into details, but the office staff, in general, are just “not good.” One particular tech, Xavier is amazing and is probably the reason we will continue to stay with AAA. He is polite, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and on point.

This is a company I do not recommend. I felt completely misled. I called them urgently to solve a bird mite problem and explained very clearly that there was a bird’s nest with dead birds inside a wall with very difficult access. I emphasized that only a powerful vacuum cleaner with at least a 3-foot hose could remove the birds and the nest properly. The phone attendant assured me that they had the specific equipment needed for this type of removal and said they could send an inspector, who would charge $85 for the visit. I made sure to reinforce the complexity of the situation because I didn’t want to pay for a service that they wouldn’t be able to perform — something they could have told me over the phone. However, the woman on the phone guaranteed they had all the necessary tools. When the inspector arrived at my house, he was very polite and genuinely tried different ways to solve the problem. However, everything I had warned them about by phone was ignored. They did not have a powerful vacuum or a long enough hose to reach and remove the nest and the dead birds. I honestly felt sorry for the inspector, who did his best but couldn't solve the problem because of the lack of proper equipment — something the company should have been aware of before sending him. In my opinion, this company operates dishonestly. Even knowing they would not be able to perform the service, they still sent the inspector just to secure the $85 visit fee. Despite my calls and explanations afterward, they still charged me the $85. Very disappointing experience.

I had a disappointing experience with AAA Pest Control. I had been very clear in my first call with them that I wouldn't mind paying for the $85 visit, if the inspector could help me with the removal of a bird's nest which was in a very difficult location, I described the location of the nest and I even said the they would need a proper vacum with a flexible duct of at least 3' long. The inspector showed up with a regular vacum with a 1' 6” long duct. They charged me for a service visit even though they knew from the start that they wouldn't be able to address the specific issue I was facing. I wish they had been upfront about their limitations before scheduling the appointment and charging for it. Definitely not the level of professionalism I expected. The inspector was really nice and did his best, but the equipment wasn’t good enough.

This company by far is the worst of the worst! They will scam you big time! We paid them 170$ for the first fumigation process plus another 80$ for the inside of the car. NOTHINGNESS! No change nothing! the cockroaches are still crawling all over. After that they said that I will need a follow up, meaning more money so they wanted an extra 80$ for the car and the house. Sorry incompetent business! Worst of the worst! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

I wasn’t able to try the service. I only called because they left an advertisement at my house to hire the service, but incredibly, they answered the call with zero intention of gaining a customer. The person who answered was on speakerphone with so much background noise that it was impossible to understand anything. They put in so little effort that I asked why they would spend money on advertising if they don’t want to handle a request afterward?

AAA Pest Control are absolutely ridiculous. They all most destroyed my home, which happens to be a small classic sailing yacht, when I was simply trying to get rid of termites. There work was extremely careless to say the least. Also watch out for bait and switch tactics. And way overpriced for the square footage. And no follow up after flooding and water damage was caused. I should have sued them. Also don’t listen to the owner trying to get some sort of sympathy because he’s a veteran. I’d never go to war with that guy, more less let his contractors or whomever near my house or boat again. And over a year later, they are billing me for work that was never done! To have all this happen then them have the audacity to bill me for no reason whatsoever, really pisses me off further.

Worst Company ever! Do not use! Run away to another company. This AAA pest control truck hit my car yesterday while I was stopped at a stop sign. He hit my car and kept driving. I had to follow him down and call the cops. With grimy drivers like this imagine the technicians. Horrible people! You should fire who ever was driving this truck immediately. Disrespectful and laughing at the fact he hit my car.

I am disgusted with the lack of regard this company has towards their clients. The representative that I spoke with lied and informed me that follow up visits would be free until to problem was eradicated. After paying 225 dollars for service bugs were still active in my car past the 7 days I was advised to wait. I placed a follow up call and explained my issue and was asked to fork out 150 dollars more to have the vehicle treated!!! DO NOT USE AAA PEST CONTROL!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!!!!!!!! THIS CO PANY IS SCAMMING AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO BBB!
