We have had Al Hoffer for nearly a decade for both insect and lawn care. After a decade of using them, their customer service and quality of care has absolutely deteriorated. The condition of my lawn is substandard, areas of concern not addressed, and failures (like killing an entire section of my backyard, were met with an apology, a credit that did not cover the replacements, and continued substandard care). The service was going great but after a couple of days of the treatment I was seeing signs of termites (see photo below)in the cabinets that they just treated I called and was told I was on my own nothing could be done. I don't think that is great customer service. I might look for a different company. Update: I am changing my review they did come out to treat the area's of concern I want to thank David for his hard work on this.

After decades of having my lawn serviced and the prices raised, this is the second time I've had major problems with my lawn. They didn't take care of it in time at the first signs of white grubs, and now my front yard is almost completely damaged, as is my backyard. I'm disappointed with this company. I will complain directly to their management. I hope they pay attention to it.
