No Limit Termite & Pest Services, RATINGS: ZERO! NO Stars. A well derserved score for its unethical Business practices!! I am absolutely disgruntled with this company for the rip off services that I was sold. My property was Tented in 2021, the very beginning of the year by the aforementioned company. Days after the tenting, I was given permission to enter the property; only to find live roaches and a ton of live ants as I have never seen before. The Owner Mr. Demetrius Salley, was notified and he offered to have someone come out and spray the place. Now, this company was hired by the Contractor working on my property at the time therefore, I had no contact with them. The employee came and sprayed. It made no difference. It did not work! Frustrated, I had to go to the Home Depot and purchase the Ants Bait and use them consistently. After a while they were under control. However, I did not realize that this would be a band aid on a broken leg. Today, I had an inspection done on the property and during a discussion with the Inspector, he showed me the pictures of the badly eaten out existing wood and the newly replaced wood in the attic. Extensive work was done prior and all the termite woods were removed and replaced, aldo a new roof was done all with the City's approved inspections. Reassuredly, all roof and attic work was finalized before the Tenting. This speaks volume about the caliber of work and the lack of integrity by Mr. Salley and his company, from day one. The fact that immediately after Tenting ants and roaches were still alive crawling around my kitchen counter, floors and bathroom window; those were very strong indicators that there was NO way that the termites could have been eliminated from the property. The primary reason for the Tenting. Having reached out to Mr. Salley today, I am very dissatisfied and extremely disssapointed that companies like these are allowed to continue to deliver disastrous services in Broward County/FL. All he did in his response was to hide behind excuses of: you have no extended warranty, old wood could have existing termites, and asking was the new wood added after the Tenting? What was the whole purpose of tenting then? He totally exonerated himself and his company from the poor services offered from the on set. The poor service was rendered in early 2021, it's now July 26, 2024 approximately three and half years later and I am now forced to have the property Tented again? Is this fair or normal? So the Question is, if the ants and roaches were still alive crawling immediately after the Tenting, how then should anyone believe that the termites were eliminated like they should have been. This speaks about the knowledge, training, quality/type and amount chemical being used for effective results. Such unethical businesses should never be allowed to practice anywhere on the planet! Should never be happening.

No limit did my fumigation back in 2019, they showed up to do my tenting with regular blue and white tarps from home depot that where full of holes and rips. They looked like swiss cheese. They had to do the tenting twice because the first time either they pumped nothing or not enough vikane to my house. The termites were still alive and well even after a week after fumigation. The second time the tarps blew apart. Had to pump more gas. To make matters worse it's 2024 and I am having to retent the house again because I have termite activity in the same area of my house. I definitely do not recommend this company to do fumigation.
