BE AWARE!! THEY STOLE ITEMS FROM MY APARTMENT!! Do not hire them if you don’t want you personal belongings stolen. No accountability taken and when confronted they did not care!! Horrible service do not use them

Donovan comes to our office monthly and he is such a good help. We have been having ant issue. Once he started to come we have seen minimal ants. He listens to our concerns with the ant issues and has really satisfied the office with his work. Thank you

5 star excellent service! This company and their team are professional, very kind and extremely trustworthy. I used them like 6 years when my house got a case of bed bugs after quite a bit of travelling, and with just one heat treatment-- they completely resolved the problem. Today, six years later, I called Jim and his staff freaking out and requesting an emergency appointment because I was paranoid that they came back via our luggage after more flying/hotel stays, and he sent a technician out right away. The technician was super nice and inspected both bedrooms and every inch of the mattress, room crevices, etc and he reported that there was NO bed bugs and he didn't charge for the inspection even though I wanted to pay him. For the record, I would have paid for another heat treatment if they said there was bugs -- the fact that this is a pest control service that is HONEST is priceless. If they provide a service to you, they do a great job but they don't try to sell unnecessary products/treatments even to a paranoid, insect-phobic person like myself. I'm extremely impressed with them. They are really compassionate and I'm sure I seemed like a crazy person on the phone, but they responded with kindness, calm, and just excellent service. Thank you guys so much, you are 100% the company I will call for any type of disgusting bug problem!!!!

Horrific company and customer service Sadly, we have had nothing but problems with Florida Pest Control regarding scheduling and follow through by the service representatives in the office. We enrolled in a monthly pest control plan with monthly payments (to spread out the costs) but with quarterly on-site treatment. When I called to get an approximation of what time the technician was going to arrive at our home the office insisted that we were scheduled for a different day of the following week. I know this to be factually incorrect as I would not have scheduled service for a day that I know I am not available. The office staff was belligerent and unhelpful in resolving the scheduling issue. When asked to speak with a manager the call was transferred. The manager with whom I was connected to was no more helpful than the initial staff personnel. I was then transferred to the Retention Department who were very quick to cancel our service but have yet to follow up with our request for a refund for services not yet provided along with a refund of initial service payment. If this was the only time, we had issues with this company I would most likely not be writing this review. Poor service appears to be endemic to the company.

Worst company ever! The charged us $1,100 to try and treat the termites, and the treatment didn't work. They have horrible manners and are unprofessional. They never called back to try and fix the problem and they did not honor their warranty. We hired a different company, and all the termites are gone. Do not use this company. THIS COMPANY IS 100% LYING. THE OWNER WAS THERE TO MEET THE COMPANY FOR THE FIRST VISIT, AND FLORIDA PEST CONTROL NEVER SHOWED UP THE SECOND TIME FOR A RE-INSPECTION AS THE OWNER WAS INFORMED BY HIS TENANTS THAT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO EMAILS. THE HOUSE DOES NOT NEED TO BE FUMIGATED, AS THE OWNER HIRED A NEW COMPANY - THIS NEW COMPANY SPOT TREATED THE AREA AND THE TERMITES ARE GONE!!!! WE ARE REQUESTING OUR $1,100 BACK ASAP!!!

Absolutely worst business in South Florida if that’s even possible. They sent a unlicensed third party company to tent and fumigate my house that went out of business while it was tented. They held my house hostage for 5 days and never did the fumigation and cost me over $2,000 in damages and expenses and I still have the termite problem. James the owner came to my house and promised to make it right and never did. HE lied right to my face. They are under review from the state of Florida as well. Shady, Dishonest and a total scam company. Stay away from them. Now I have to sue to get my money.

Great service and very professional technicians!!! The techician that came out to my home was very helpful and explained everything to me Recommeneded this company to my cousin ad she had a great expericece with this comapny as well.

Florida pest control center fumigated my home last week and everything came out excellent. Prior to the fumigation they came out drop off my bags did a thorough walk thru with me and explained the whole process of the fumigation. I got a call 15 mins prior to the tent going up and the day it was ready to go back home it was suppose to be 6pm but I was in by 4pm. They really went above and beyond. Thanks again!!

This company is amazing! Jim, the owner of the company, went above and beyond to help me and my father with his house. He was a miracle to our Dad and the situation he was in. Thank you Florida Pest Control Center!!!!

I had three termite companies tell me my house needs to be tented. A inspector from this company told me I have no live termite activity, and The damage was old. All I did was replace some facia. I am so happy that I don't need my house tented.Thank you for your honesty!

I have been dealing with this company for over 3 years and they are always punctual and quick in solving problems I have had with cockroaches and ants, and always attentive.

On July 29, 2021, workers were supposed to finish the remaining job at my house. They came, the FPL (presumably a local authority) was present, and they said they would return. Days passed, and they didn't come back. When my dad called to ask what was happening, they told him the job was already done. In short, they got paid, and their own workers made them look bad. Today, August 12, 2021, they still haven't returned the money. (What do we call this story?) 0% RECOMMENDED

I don’t recommend this company at all. They charge you for things that they don’t even do and when you call to claim for it they say that the job it’s already done and there’s nothing they can do about it . Save your money and don’t get robbed by these cheap company

I'm giving them 1 star because there's no worse option. I don't recommend them at all, and don't be fooled. They're simply liars and scammers. Not to mention their products are the worst. Instead of exterminating and eliminating moths and bed bugs, they fatten them up and make them multiply more every day. They're thieves, that's what they are. I'm giving them 0 stars. And don't even think about complaining, because they simply won't resolve anything—therefore, it's money lost.

We called Florida pest control to treat a bed bug situation using heaters and over a span of 6 months with repetitive paid service calls and also using their "warranty" plan - the bed bugs were coming back even at times few hours after the treatment. when we asked them what is going on - they were telling us that our kids are re-introducing the bed begs and that we need to go through everything they touch and treat it which we did but no use....bed bugs seem not to leave. after we realized this is not working and their service is not helping us and that we are paying for nothing - we decided to take things into our own hands. we got rid of the suspected furniture (wooden bunk bed) which they said it would not help and after reading about it online ,we treated the area with Diatomaceous Earth which is a cheap powder in home depot which seems to make wonders as it relates to treating bud bugs. after 2-3 weeks of periodical application of the powder --- the bugs were gone and have been for the last 6 months. bottom line - I would not recommend using any "heat" treatments ,which do not guarantee anything and don't let anyone sell you any stories not on why the bed bugs are there and don't let them sell you any warranty which can be very deceiving. look online - there is plenty of information to use and spend way less on something way more effective.
