Crystal is awesome! She always takes care and is very thorough. She always checks if they're have been any issues and great with explaining.

I had several visits from R.H. Miller to address a roach issue. On the first visit, I was told there were no signs of roaches or entry points, and the technician pushed me to sign up for pest control services even though this was already covered under my rental lease. I personally captured images of multiple roach sightings and identified several possible entry points for pests. Despite multiple follow-up visits, the issue persisted longer than expected, and the initial assessment proved inaccurate and disappointing. I also found it unprofessional that the technician sat on my furniture after spraying both inside and outside. Nearly a year later, and after working with my landlord to seal the entry points I identified myself, I am I finally having my first quarter without roaches.

Jesus was great today. Very thorough with his inspection and made necessary adjustments. I’ve been very happy with our RH Miller and will continue to use them in the future!!

This is a great company. I left Terminex after many years because I got tired of the corporate bs. I love that I’m supporting a local company now, and their prices are comparable and the service is above and beyond. Speaking of which, Jesus is awesome!!! Crystal at RH Miller is an outstanding representative at RH Miller. When I made the call to their office, I was somewhat apprehensive and unsure what to expect. She came into a desperate rodent situation in which I had limited time and resources. She was able to rally up significant numbers of traps and come up with an effective plan that far exceeded my expectations. She moved on the situation so quickly and produced positive results within hours! I was astonished. The value, attention, calm, and friendly demeanor by Crystal was so greatly appreciated. I was under great personal stress. She did such an excellent job that I hired her to do another project. She went beyond the call of duty to answer my questions, address my concerns, and responded to me very quickly both by text message and phone calls. I recommend you call RH Miller and Crystal a chance to handle your pest and rodent issues. She is an out-of-the box thinker which is not easily found in other companies.

RH Miller is a great company. We never have bugs inside the house. They’re always very courteous, professional, and kind. We always have Tiffany serve our home and she’s wonderful. When we had a new baby we put a Do Not knock or ring doorbell sign on the door. She called to let us know she was there. Since then she calls every time to let me know she’s there and ask if we’ve had any problems, etc. She’s very thorough and very nice! Thank you for taking care of our home.
