This guy is slick. You call about pest control and mention you're having sprinkler issues and he explains how he can handle that. He calls you and wants to come over unannounced to check said sprinkler system. He asked a lot of questions as if he doesn't know what he's doing. He never mentions what the charge will be. As he's leaving, he says you need one valve and it will be $230. How is that possible? So I send him a text later and say I won't be able to do the sprinkler repair and he informed me that it will be $130 for him to have checked it. (He was here 35 minutes) When I express concern about the price he gives me a whole lecture by text on how much money he's saving me and it would have cost me $330 at least. Maybe he should mention these costs up front before he shows up unannounced and then proceeds to pretend like he knows what he's doing. Extremely disappointed. Definitely felt taken advantage of. Will not be using for pest control either.
