Absolutely horrible service. My lawn looked far better before they started a while ago. Their techs do not show when they say they are going to and they still charge you. I have weeds everywhere, cinch bugs and dead grass. This service is the worst that I have ever used. They sent out their best person named Logan who was a waste of time and did nothing. I would not walk from this company I would run. If you notice on the reviews that they respond to the very few positive ones and say nothing on the negative ones. This guy Logan only told me that they are short staffed and cannot hire anyone good. This is evident from the fact that I have not had the same tech for the last 6 months and they all stInk. I have reported them to the BBB and everyone else in my neighborhood has stopped using them as well. BEWARE! I would given them a ZERO but that is not an option here.

Terrible company. Had multiple issues with them. The communication sucks. My weeds never got better and they charge you still even when you tell them you don’t want the service for that month. Canceling today

I have been using Pest Bear for about a year and my lawn and palms have never looked worse. A supervisor came out and evaluated the situation and nothing was ever done. Recently a technician came out to treat the property and he didn't even go in the back of the house yet I got billed for two different treatments. How do I know he didn't complete the work? My girlfriend's home office overlooks the property and she watched him the whole time.

I hired Pest Bear for lawn care to include grass and insects spray on three separate properties. At one time a different salesman unaware I was already using their services, stopped by to tell me what my lawn spray company was doing wrong. After six months of ants and weeds thriving i cancelled their services. They called more to offer $5 off of services for a good review than calling to address the lawn issues i had.

Their company destroyed my front lawn, because of them I had to replace the whole thing. I called PestBear company and told them to PAUSE/STOP their services until further notice. Then, when I replaced the whole thing, person who works for PestBear came without my permission and sprayed my new sod with unknown even to the company chemicals which was barely a week old. Then they double charged me. DO NOT get involved with PestBear, they are horrible company.

We are seeing a lot more weeds throughout the yard than what we started with, there is not any evidence of dying weeds anywhere. We also have found a live roach in the garage and still have an ant problem. Three treatments of 70$ has not been worth, concealed our service.

Don't waste your time or your money. Jobs left half done. No call/no show technicians even after confirming the appointment the day before. When they do show they may or may not have the necessary equipment even if you tell them what the issues are beforehand. Managers who show but don't complete service, and don't reply when asked when they're coming back. Online service requests closed out with no action or customer contact. There are plenty of services out there offering much better value.

Horrible service! My lawn looks way worse than before I got there service! Ants and cockroaches all over around the house ! Been using there service for over a year and half! When I called to cancel the service they told me I have a 2 months of unpaid balance! Although I been on autopay for over year and half! When I told they guy how can that be even possible he hung up the phone! Worst pest control and lawn service ever!

The people that come out to service the lawn have been seemingly knowledgeable and professional. They're also a pretty inexpensive service, compared to many of the larger companies in my area. However, I had one of their technicians come out the other day and within a single day, the majority of my lawn died and went completely brown. Please see before/after photos. The before was taken on 4/25/19 (meant to be of my dogs, but it's a good shot of the yard as well) and the after was taken on 4/30/19. My Pest Bear service was on 4/29/19. They sent someone out (very pleasant and professional person - Toby) to look and he said it's likely because of a lack of water, yet all of my sprinklers are working and they run daily. Even without ANY water at all, there's no way it goes south like this in just 5 days. I then wanted to escalate to a manager, but all I get when I call customer service is a voicemail system. They don't even have enough budget to staff the phone lines...unreal. They clearly don't hold themselves accountable and choose to blame the customer even though I provided before/after photo evidence. I'd steer clear of this company. I'd rather pay more money to a larger company who will actually get the job done.
