We found out we had a creature in our attic two nights before we left for a long vacation. Adam and his partner Danielle were able to come by the same day to set a trap. They continued to visit while we were out of town to check in on the trapping. They were persistent and got rid of the ants that kept creeping into our kitchen. We’re now signed up for quarterly service. Trustworthy and hardworking people! Thank you guys!

From my early morning call with Danielle, to meeting Adam at our house, we experienced exceptional customer service. All of our concerns were heard and services were fully explained. Adam took the time to treat our yard the same day. I swear there were significantly less mosquitos by night fall. The following day the bug crime scene was almost humorous. Their service plans are very customizable to your needs. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Daniel is always responsive. Adam is determined to take care of your issues AND successful. Something told me to not go with a"big" company when we moved this time and that was the best choice. We moved into a new construction home that ended up being INFESTED with EVERY kind of ant you can imagine (fire, ghost, crazy and carpenter) and 2 weeks in I was ready to MOVE OUT. Adam told me realistically it could take 6 months to get them under control. We've been here just over three months and after him going above and beyond... spraying, baiting, spraying, more bait and checking in on us I am so happy to say it did NOT take 6 months! I will forever recommend them!

Adam took the time to look at pretty much every inch of my home inside and out! You can tell that he is a perfectionist and takes pride in the work that he does! He cleared out all the spider webs on the pool lanai. I recommend him highly for pest control!

I was horrified this past Saturday I killed another bug that was confirmed by Adam by text to be a German cockroach 😩. I called a few companies but they were closed. Adams wife Daniele answered my call right away and they came over a few hours later. Adam meticulously and thoroughly went threw my house and also the other side (duplex) He spent at least and hour or more. I’m ocd clean and have no idea how these bugs came into my house other than me always ordering from Amazon. I’m so glad Adam convinced me to empty my cabinets and he would come the next day to spray (I have pain and chronic fatigue). He even offered to help me (what company ever does this? Very nice of him) but I wanted to save him time. In the process of cleaning them out I found two that I killed and left for him to confirm what they were. He sprayed and was very conscious of my dogs and birds , which I kept in the lanai while he sprayed. He and his wife are very kind and personable. I felt more comfortable around them than some of my own family members. I have dealt with terminex in the past when I lived in New York and I wrote a very bad review, impossible to get them to keep their schedule every three months, would always send someone different each time, customer service is very lacking. I have not seen another bug since he sprayed and I’m very happy bc I’m terrified of them. I have two more treatments and then I will put rat traps in my yard since I have fruit trees. Definitely support small local businesses such as them, they are excellent!! They come highly recommended and will use them to treat entire duplex.
