Danny did an excellent job and was very informative about what he was doing and what he found.
If I could give them a million stars I would! After ian my house was infested to say the least (half my lanai roof eas missing and our lnadlord isnt the best) they took care of it in less than 3 months but I started seeing results after the first treatment. I did monthly treatment after the first initial 3 months power treatment now I'm quarterly and haven't seen anything creepy crawly since. Office staff and field crew is amazing! They are always super respectful and courteous!
We currently use Tony’s for interior and exterior pest and also most recently, we added the lawn package. We are 100% satisfied! I would highly recommend them! Very prompt, professional and attentive to our needs. Again, most definitely recommend!
Edited: Four years ago:: “Chad's my guy--best customer service and followup”! Current:: Poor service, no-show issue/ We made appointment in Fall on a specific day to conduct inside treatment for visible insect activity - no show. Rescheduled, no show #2, alerted main office gave me a speech about new technician and he claimed he was there—lie. We had to buy our own Terro and Ortho to treat ourselves. Hired another local pest company due to the poor customer service next week, as you cannot go without pest control. Had to make a trip to visit family then a vacation that next month, house was closed up for two months. My neighbors watch our house never saw a Tony’s truck, our Ring cameras did not show a visit, no sign out front yet “somehow” Tony’s tech conducted an inside treatment and sent a bill. I called and emailed that we never had a treatment and refused to pay. Today I see a $68 charge on my credit card for a November treatment that never occurred nor was that charge authorized by me, constituting fraud (which I alerted my bank to). Old credit card used over a year ago with no prior authorization to use!!! Not sure what happened to this company but service is abysmal and I sure don’t see any Tony’s trucks in our neighborhood like in years past.

My technician always calls the day before service is due. I never have to follow up - Tony’s Pest Service is always on top of my account. Service is friendly. I have had zero pest issues since using Tony’s Pest Control.
Just started the service after a bad experience with Tru Green. I spoke with Mike when I called in regards to the service they provide and he was very thorough explaining it. Bill came out and applied the first treatment and he was extremely informative in regards to the applications that he applied and the follow up. I am very happy so far and if things keep going this way I will definitely raise it up to a five star.

I’ve asked them 3 times now to knock the spiders down when they spray and everytime they leave them.. we probably have about 30 of these star looking spiders in our pool area and the kids are too scared to swim. How can you say your pest control and not get rid of the pests?! Also I’ve NEVER received a courtesy call..

I hired Tony's because they fixed a massive ant infestation at my workplace. They were fine the first few years I had them, but within the past year, things have really started to slip. First there was an ant hill INSIDE MY LIVINGROOM, that I would need a couple thousand dollars' worth of lawn treatments to fix--according to Tony's. It had been years since they had actually treated the inside of the house but, you know, thousands of dollars' worth of lawn treatments was clearly the ticket. Then, at a completely different house, all of the sudden I have a MASSIVE cockroach infestation despite having Tony's service the property since 2020. Unbelievably gross. I don't think they're doing much beyond sticking their little signs in my lawn every couple months and sending me bills. Look elsewhere for pest control if your goal is to NOT have bugs. I have added a photo of the cockroach feces all over the back of my utensil drawer--yes, that would be where I keep the spoons, knives, etc. used to prepare and eat MY FOOD. I have paid Tony's for 5 straight years of "pest control"--I have never missed a payment, I have never suspended service at this address--and here I am 5 years later with cockroaches in my kitchen like I live in a tenement slum. Absolutely revolting. They were supposed to come out last Friday (3/21/2025) to address the issue and never showed up. So Tony's is obviously fired. If they had spent the time treating my property that they spent crafting their Google reviews response, I might not be in this situation. This is inexcusable. If you're looking for feedback on this business, look to the lower star reviews. We've likely done business with this company the longest and can give you a glimpse at what you're in for if you hire them.

Hey there Kim. Wow, what a review. First of all, I want to thank you for your many years of loyalty to our company. I would love to address some of the issues publicly since you took the first step for us.<br><br> Let's start with the ant hill in your home. You have hired us to do perimeter pest control for you. This typically is a service we do to the perimeter of your home and do every two months. We do this for MANY of our accounts with great success and rarely need to treat inside. If ever needed, we do that at no charge for any common household pest. You have an issue with ants coming from the lawn and underneath the home, that is what caused the ant hill inside. This happens sometimes and we have a way to treat it with a lawn truck. This treatment was quoted to you for $340, which is two applications for the entire lawn and injections under your home....NOT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Please, don't exaggerate. Many wonderful staff members rely on this business to feed their families, please keep it truthful. We don't nickel and dime our customers, ask around, we do everything we can to include whatever we can inside of the scope of service you pay for. <br><br>Second, let's talk about the other house. A massive cockroach infestation is something that has to start by being brought inside your home. They don't just crawl in from the grass. If it was unbelievably gross, it was a problem that started from within and perimeter pest control alone cannot stop that. We sure can help though, with some interior treatments. We have been trying to schedule these with you but it seems you would rather take the time here to bash us. <br><br>We try very hard to take care of our customers to the best of our ability knowing that we are dealing with mother nature. We provide a warranty but only can provide that warranty if people communicate with us. My staff tells me how you like to treat them and now I get to read it for myself. The technician that treats your home has been with me for as long as I can remember and I trust he does what he is asked. Please, don't go leaving false accusations on the internet just because it is easy to do so. I Have used them since 2003 in 3 residences service was good until my last residence in N.Fort Myers they were to weed and feed nnd pest control I was absent for 6yrs since 2019 due to caring for my mother since has past .An came back February 2025.To a Lawn 97 percent weeds I called to complain they sent someone out that agreed my lawn was full of weeds and had the nerve to to try to make me pay last bill of $58 I told him I'm not paying you were hired for weed control I don't think anyone was coming here.he said he won't be able to treat my lawn unless I paid ridiculous!So after being a with there company for 22yrs and this property since 2013 Paid them thousands over that time .They sent a second person out a mgr.he agreed that my lawn shouldn't be full of weeds but if he treated I would have noting left.I put in all new grass plugs in 2013 my lawn was beautiful...I believe since I was not there they didn't treat my place for 6yrs that I was paying them.Bad for business .So I wasted my money for 6yrs.And they wont do anythingVERY UN HAPPY LONG TERM FORMER CUSTOMER! Terrible company. In the time I used them they not only killed my grass but my ficus trees as well. They ignored my concerns for months telling me "there was no problem and that the trees would come back". Once they died, the owner came to my house and at first said that it was because the trees were cut back 2 years ago. Then told me it was because they had termites, then said it was due to a fungus, then said they were over watered. I told him that I knew what he was saying wasn't true and I had 3 other companies come out and evaluate the trees. They all said the trees were dying because of a lack of nutrients and insect infestation, both of which I was paying Tony's to maintain. I tried to work with him for a solution and he was uncooperative, full of falsehoods and excuses. My neighbor also fired them because the killed his lawn. Consumer beware, this is an extremely unprofessional company that I wish I would have never hired. I ended up having to cut 28 trees on my property from 7' down to 3' in an effort to save them at my expense.

It's sad I have to write this as I have been a customer for over 7 years. Had no issues until today when I watched their lawn spray employee spray pesticides all over my children's toys in the yard. Thank God I caught it and was able to wash them down before it dried but no real sympathy from the company or the employee who simply said, he didn't have time to move 4 toys...I'll be looking for a new company.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional drivers. One of the drivers tale gated me all the way down pine island . Then continues to flick me off in his work truck. An absolute disgrace and terrible representation for the company.

They don’t even deserve 1 star .. they DO NOT guarantee their work. They came out and baited very little. Didn’t spray in the areas that I needed and when I called them to come back, they said they would have to charge me even if it was after 10 days they would have to charge me again. If you want a good pest control, do not call these people.

We are sorry that you were disappointed Martha. There are two sides to every story so it is unfortunate that we don't get a chance to share ours. We do warranty our work when you have us do the services the way we are supposed to do them, which sometimes takes multiple steps and may cost more. Sometimes we have people that want to do a service their own way, even if we advise against it. When this happens, we clearly state we do not offer a warranty for the treatment is not what we advised. Again, we are sorry you were not happy but I can "guarantee" we do take great care of our customers.
When I saw problems and called them, they came out 2 days later. The tech had nothing but excuses on my end for the problems. Funny how things work out. Working in my garage this morning I watched a car stop and a gentleman got out and was looking at my lawn. He proceeded to say that professional lawn care would make my lawn look a lot nicer. WHAT THE <_:;*[/?. He told me what my problems were and they could all be corrected in 1 to 2 months. Guess who go hired and who got fired today?

Thank you for your past trust in our company. It is very sad to see how easily a long time customer can be persuaded by a “Door-To-Door” Salesman. It is very easy to find a flaw in a lawn and is a very common sales tactic... look for a lawn that is obviously being treated by another company and pick it apart. Grass is a living organism and can change from day to day. This is why all our service include a warranty.<br><br>I wish I had been forwarded the opportunity to personally address your concerns prior to you firing us and posting your review. With turf grass many issues can arise very quickly especially with the drought we have recently experienced. It may not be the drought itself but drought weakens the grass making it vulnerable to diseases, many of which are treatable. I’m sorry you felt we were blaming you. All we can do is make recommendations. As I stated yesterday in my visit, I will put your services on hold rather than cancel them, this will lock your rate in for six months. Additionally, I have put notes on your account so that if you find that the promises by the salesmen do not come to solve your issues and you would like to return to Tony’s Pest Control as a customer, I am to be personally involved with the diagnosis and treatment plan.<br><br>Notice to those reading this review.... Tony’s Pest Control is a medium sized family owned company that has been serving Lee, Charlotte and Collier counties since 1982. We have been customers for 2 years now with absolutely no change in our flea issues.. we complained several times to the man who does our spraying, to which he responded by saying he would spray closer to the house and he ended up spraying our entire front door to the point that our door was soaked.. I wasn't expecting that so when I went out to my car to grab something really quick, I grabbed my door handle to go back inside and touched my drenched door handle, we called and complained about everything that was going on and the only thing they offered us, was to add on services for more money.. this company is a joke and not to mention when I touched that door handle, I could smell no odor to the liquid that was all over my front door, so it leads me to believe that your chemicals are watered down also due to the fact that there has never been a change in our pest problem from the beginning even though we did everything that they told us to do on our part and even had them come out every month as apposed to two months, which at first they suggested the two months for fleas in the first placed and the first time I called to complain, they told me it had to be every month, so we did it every month after that regardless of the fact that they kept contradicting themselves, now the excuse is the bugs are used to the chemicals, but how are they used to it if the issue has never gotten better??!! Why am I paying you to spray my lawn with something that the bugs are used to??!! I can only assume that the products are watered down and this company is a sham to get money out of people.. at least it was for us... We are switching companies because we have wasted enough money with these people for long enough and given them long enough to show us that they could fix it and nothing has changed with our situation.. WE ARE DONE!! I've talked to a few people about Tony's pest control and have heard nothing but bad reviews at this point, so we will not be coming back..

Tony's Pest Control, Inc has completed your services by following the highest standards in the industry. We are and have been aware of the issue of your INDOOR flea infestation. You have been advised on numerous occasions that in order to eliminate fleas from your home we need to be able to provide services INDOORS which you have not allowed us to do.<br><br>While our outdoor services can reduce or eliminate fleas, when a home is infested like yours it requires indoor applications as well. No amount of insecticide applied outdoors will eliminate fleas inside. Instead, the fleas outside die, and the fleas inside become somewhat exposed to our products near entry ways, but not enough to kill them.<br><br>To say that we use "watered down" products is an unnecessary insult. Our products are designed not to leave objectionable odors. And our customers appreciate that. Again, the real issue is that we have not been given permission to eliminate your fleas INDOORS.<br>To put this in perspective here is an example. It doesn't matter how many times you wash the exterior of your vehicle, it still does not remove the trash off of the floorboard. So you can wash it again, and then scratch your head wondering why there is still trash on the floorboard and get mad about it if that is what you want to do. That is what is happening here.<br><br>Tony's Pest Control is a local family owned business, and has been providing services with honesty and integrity to Lee County for 35 years. To this day we have serviced thousands of homes with fleas successfully without issue (if we have permission to provide the appropriate services) and yes I am sorry but we do charge for those treatments.<br><br>Recently, I communicated with your family (as they are customers and happy with our service to this day) to try to bridge the divide we are facing. It is unfortunate that you showed me such hostility when I stopped by personally to communicate with you and provide a solution. I never got a chance to inspect, explain some details you should know about fleas, and offer free/discounted services.<br><br>We do take our customer's satisfaction very seriously which is why we have revisited the home several times to try and accommodate her wishes. Repeatedly, we have attempted to receive permission to provide the necessary service (which allows us to treat the interior areas of the home). However, we do realize that in some cases, it is impossible to satisfy everyone or get their full cooperation. Precise treatments are more effective then more treatments.<br><br>It is also necessary to mention that the customer will need to treat their pets as well, or the services will not be successful. This is no fault of ours. Our services are not effective on pets, nor will our outdoor or indoor applications remove fleas from pets, and should not be applied to pets. It is necessary for the customer to contact their vet to get products that they can rotate into their pet flea treatment schedule. To our knowledge this has not be done by the customer. There are several pets at the property that are not kept indoors (indoor/outdoor pets) and appear to roam to nearby properties which we are not responsible for. In cases like those INDOOR flea treatments may need to be repeated if the customer is not properly caring for resident pets.<br><br>Tony's Pest Control is the largest and most successful local pest control service in Lee County, not because we pay for tons of advertising, because we don't. We are successful because of the amount of customer referrals we receive. We would like to thank the public for reading our long and detailed response.
