This company was amazing. When I called, I wasn't sure who could help me but Amber knew exactly what I needed and got to work. She helped with the city and the permit as well as all the work that needed to be done. They were quick and efficient and affordable. I would definitely call them again for any irrigation needs. Thank you so much for all your help.

Thank you very much for your 5-star review, Amniel!
If you call within 30 minutes of them closing they put you on hold until they close. I picked up on what they were doing to me and called back and every time they say hold please and won’t pick up

Thank you for your 5-star review, Angel!
This company damaged my well while installing one next door, causing sediment and sulfur contamination. Despite witnessing it happen and having another well company confirm the issue, they denied responsibility and offered no assistance. I was left paying thousands to fix the damage.
Response from H2O Systems, INC.
David, thank you for bringing this to our attention. In our policy, if we compromise a well next to our drill site, we will send a crew out to return the equipment and well back to its original state, even if that requires us replacing the equipment altogether. We take these issues seriously and would like to investigate further. Please contact our Domestic Well Estimator, Sarah, directly so we can address this matter promptly and work towards a resolution.
Phone: 239-574-6611
Email: Sarah@h2osystems-fl.com
The technician that serviced my reverse osmosis system is named Dallas for h2o water systems co. i worked a 40 year chemical job and retired, so i still know quite a bit about pressures, differentials, valves and flows. i commend the scheduling lady, AMBER for sending DALLAS to change a membrane for an outside system. DALLAS is one of the sharpest, knowledgible and polite technicians, taking the time to explain what my system was and wasn't doing. He really put my mind at ease that i wasn't getting took for a high dollar maintenance job. Unfortunately, i have had this happen so many oyher times with a custom built dog penn not backing their warranty and also an attempt by an electric company not backing my 22kw generac whole house generator with an extended warranty, that i am very leary of any company that performs a service. HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH H2O SYSTEMS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE HONEST AND A LEGITIMATE COMPANY AND THEY SHOW UP ON TIME. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH DALLAS'S PERFORMANCE, that i even called the company and requested Dallas to do all of the work at my house and the company said they would work with that for me. This review is not stating that the company doesn't have other techs as sharp as Dallas, it's just a personal choice i have made and i am glad the company honored my request as i was just about to switch to another company that gaurantees everything for a much higher monthly fee!! I give h2o system compay the highest ratings for the way i was treated!!

Paulo did not repair all problems. Sprinkler heads popped off in various places. Was not thorough. Also company did not call back when I asked them to. Not there for the customer. Would not recommend.
Response from H2O Systems, INC.
Hi there, we don’t have anyone named Paulo working at our company, so it seems this review may have been left for the wrong business. Could you please double-check and remove or update your review? Thank you.
I have had H2O services for many years already. They have never failed in providing the best service and sharp with details. Whe I call for questions or concerns, matters are teken cared of inmediately. Hard to find a company as good as they are. Thank you for such a great service!

Thank you so much Jose for the kind review!
I'm a residential home builder and have worked with H2O for quite some years now and they've been very helpful when it comes to installation and upkeep for well water treatment systems. They are priced just right and their staff is always just a call away. I recommend H2O Systems to anyone in the area who is looking to install a well and water treatment system!

Thank you so much Pablo for taking the time to leave us such a great review! We truly appreciate you trusting us with your business!
Terrible customer service!! Our water softener was taken out in Hurricane Ian. It took us some time to save enough money to have a new one put in. We decided on this company and put in the system they recommended. My husband and I are both disabled. When the new softener was put in, I went out to look at it. Our water system is up a steep hill. When I looked at it, there was a huge pile of salt on our grass and debris all over the hill. I crawled up the hill and gathered the parts of the old softener and took a picture of it. My husband, who has prothetics on both legs had to go out and shovel the salt into a bag because it was killing the grass. When my husband called they did send someone out to look at the softener to make sure it was working. Then within the year warranty, the softener quit working. They came out and had to replace the power supply. Then a few months later it quit working again. When my husband called they said it was outside warranty and would charge us $75.00 for a service call and whatever parts needed to be put in. This is outrageous!! First incompetent workers with no regard for property, then they won't stand behind their products that they recommend. My husband is very good at research. He found out that the power supply the softener has is NOT rated to be outside!! So it will continue to fail. When he called, ( he had to call three times before the service manager called back), he won't do anything and tried to sell him a service contract. As I said, we are both disabled and on very limited income. What are we supposed to do? Please be very careful if you use this company. Do your research on any recommendations and good luck.
Response from H2O Systems, INC.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all input, though we respectfully disagree with your assessment of the situation.
Your water softener was installed on June 17, 2024. On September 23, 2025, your husband contacted us to request service but later cancelled that request the following day. He reached out again on October 1, 2025, asking to speak with a manager and requested a free replacement of the power cord for the softener.
When our office staff informed him that the power cord was not covered under warranty, he again requested to speak with a manager.
Your husband called in on Wednesday and was able to speak with our Service Manager—who manages a high volume of customers—on Friday. During the conversation, our manager explained that the power cord is not a warranty-covered item one year after installation, and also noted that the cord was not plugged into an outlet with a waterproof cover, which is required.
When asked whether the power cord was definitely the issue, your husband was unsure. He also mentioned he was no longer able to access the pad well himself. Our Service Manager then offered to come out and check the system at a discounted service rate of $40, and noted that if the power cord did need replacement, the cost would be an additional $45.
Your husband informed us that he had already purchased a new power cord on his own and declined the service visit.
We’re truly sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues, but like most companies, our warranty coverage does have a defined period. After that time, certain service calls and parts are no longer covered at no cost.
Thank you again for your feedback.
I paid $95 for a tech to come out and do absolutely nothing, including not giving me a bid for the work I needed.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst company I have ever had to deal with. We had to put in a new well due to running out of water and pump seized. We had to wait over a week with no water just for them to come out and drill. They also damaged several new palms we planted by running them over and burning others with their exhaust system on the trucks. They did absolutely nothing about their mistake after we had asked them many times if we needed to move them. They said no we should be able to get it done with no issues. They also ended up screwing up our neighbors water in the process. Very sloppy company and would never recommend them to anyone in the area. Sarah is rude and puts the blame back on customer for their mistakes.
Response from H2O Systems, INC.
Hello Jamie,

It's truly regrettable that you feel this way. We would like to discuss some of the concerns you've raised. Firstly, when you signed your contract, it was communicated that we would arrive to drill the well within 10 business days. We actually arrived before that deadline. Regarding the Arecas, we had replanted over 2 of them, and the heat from our rig unfortunately damaged the remaining 7. My team on site mentioned they were asked once if you needed to remove any additional Arecas before commencing, and they informed you that they believed it was unnecessary. They were unaware that the rig's heat would lead to their drying out. However, they did install a plastic barrier on your pool screens to protect them from mud and cleaned up all the mud at the drill site. My photographs will show that it’s almost as if we were never there. Please note, my trucks were positioned in the 10ft area between your fence, the trees, and your pool cage. Concerning the neighbors' well being affected, that is beyond our control. We addressed that issue on the same day. When all the details were relayed to your salesperson Sarah, she offered to have the Arecas assessed, but by that time, you had already removed them. We didn’t have the chance to attempt watering or fertilizing them to see if they could be salvaged. Nevertheless, she expressed her apologies and arranged for a landscaper to provide you with a quote for new Arecas at a reduced price. Unfortunately, that was not sufficient for you. We strongly disagree with your review and continue to stand behind our work.
This company did work on my neighbor’s well, and somehow completely messed up my water in the process — without any notice or warning. My water turned unusable for several hours. No heads-up, no communication, nothing. I wasn’t even their customer, but I had to deal with the consequences of their sloppy work. If this is how they operate near people’s homes, I’d hate to see how they handle something more serious. Absolutely unacceptable.
Save your money and call a different company. I spent $95 for them to send someone to help fix my water system and why the smell was bad and they ended up fixing nothing. They sent someone and he just looks at the system and doesn’t check the control boards. Ends up telling us that we’re using too much water and that washing my car which was causing the bad smell. I called a different company: J&B water system and they came and fixed the panel to the softeners and got my water working and not having any smells at all.

We would love to address this issue further, Please call our office to discuss.
This place charges to look at your system. I all of a sudden had smelly water. Original diagnosis, my filter needed re-bedded. I explained that the underground utilities will be hooked up in less than a year. He suggested a peroxide cleanse, but didn't really think it would work. The re-bed is $1200. The peroxide cleanse he said was $20. It ended up being $36. I was charged $131 for the service call and it didn't fix my smelly water. I called Water Medic for a 2nd opinion. They didn't charge me anything to look at my system. He said, my filter was missing a rinse cycle and it was regening the same time as my hard water filter. He made the adjustments and my water was good the next day! NO CHARGE!
Response from H2O Systems, INC.
H2O Systems has been in business over 50 years and would not have stayed this long by mistreating our clients. It was the feeling of our tech that adding a rinse cycle to a system would not fix the problem on a sulfur system. We hope that the next company can eliminante the problem but we stand by that adding a rinse cycle would not permanently fix smelly water. We wish this client much success with the new company.
I requested a tech to check my system and provide me with an estimate on a new one. I was told it would be a $55 trip charge. They sent an inexperienced tech and I had to explain the issue I was having. He called his boss, came back with a bucket and pretended like he was servicing a "damaged system", and then passed me a $95 bill (15 mins). No justification for the additional $40 charge. This was unnecessary and unfair. I called and expressed to their receptionist/customer clerk Amber my dissatisfaction. I'm extremely dissatisfied and I expected honest and transparent business practices. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending others to do the same.
