A little bit of confusion with the scheduling and the office told me it was pet safe but the tech told me they had to be away for an hour, so I would say they need more training in the office. The tech seemed more knowledgeable and I trusted her more. She did a great job and was very helpful.

Three Strikes! I used their $19 sprinkler tune up special, then got charged $29. Meh. Still, strike one. Then I get a call from some lady from this company saying my credit card never got charged, but bam, there was the charge on my credit card statement. No double billing for you. Yup, strike two. Now? I get a $538 charge on my credit card for some BS estimate that I turned down! Strike three!!! I'm calling the cops. This is called credit card fraud!

I paid to get my irrigation fixed. It did not get fixed, and it seems to be always somebody else's fault.

We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify this situation.<br>Over the past year, we have serviced your irrigation system without issue. In February, we replaced two valves and explained that the underlying cause of the problem is debris commonly found in reclaimed water systems. At that time, we strongly recommended installing a snail filter to prevent ongoing damage, as this is a known and recurring issue without proper filtration.<br>When you experienced a similar issue again in March, we returned and flushed the valve at no charge as a courtesy, and again emphasized the importance of installing a filter. We also offered discounted options to have one installed rather than waiting for the city-provided system, but you chose to wait.<br>On 3/21, a Saturday, you contacted us after hours regarding a stuck zone that would not shut off. While our standard emergency after-hours service fee is $125, we again extended a discounted rate of $75 as a courtesy, which was accepted. Our technician promptly responded and resolved the immediate issue by shutting off the water.<br>While we understand the frustration of recurring irrigation issues, this is not due to the quality of our work, but rather the known condition of the water supply and the absence of a filter—something we have consistently communicated.<br>At Sherlock Homes Pest Control & Irrigation, we strive to provide honest recommendations, fair pricing, and quality service, and we stand behind both our work and the guidance we provide to our customers.

Buyer beware, this company is not reputable. We used them for a while and they kept charging us up charges after we had a contract for $60 a month. They charged us different amounts (I.e $63, $62, $65) We complained, the owner said they would take it off, but never did, this went on for six months then we went to the credit card company with the contract showed them that they were overcharging us and they reimbursed us for the money that was charged for three months so we had to eat three months of the other fees. Then Sherlock Homes had the audacity to put a lien on our house after the credit card company stated that they were fraudulently charging us!!! We didn’t even know about the lien until we wanted to sell our home. So check your bills if you do business with them or if you want go through this with this company by all means use them, but I’m telling you, it was unethical and fraudulent and they will do it to you also!

This customer signed up for several services with us — lawn, pest, lanai treatments to name a few. Each service has a different price. The customer was made aware of all pricing, and agreed when they signed up for each individual service with us. Our billing system automatically charges at credit card fee — that is the "discrepancy" mentioned in pricing but the price remained the same, month over month. There were no variations in what the customer was charged. The customer paid the credit card fee without issue for months and then suddenly after nearly a year of service called in upset about the fee. He would not allow us to work with him, proceeded to dispute months worth provided service with his credit card company over approximately $30 dollars total in CC processing fees, and then ignored all attempts to contact to collect on the owed services. We sent multiple notices of intent to lien the property, including a physical letter mailed to the home. <br>________________________________________

I have called numerous times every month I get more weeds. I just looked. I have more weeds than I have ever had. I have to add fertilizer on my lawn to make it look good. This customer was upset and cancelled service over unmonitored termite stations. We, as a company, do not provide termite control — a policy that is explained to all new customers at the time of starting service. The customer also admitted to servicing the lawn himself after our technicians had been out to treat the lawn, potentially invalidating our product and impacting its efficacy. Photos were taken of the lawn on November 18th showing minimal weeds and some minor browning due to dormant season and lack of water.

Paid for them to clean my sprinkler heads and re set my timer and we go to use our sprinklers finally and the timer isn't accurate. Don't use this company, they also took forever to tell me which of our pipes were busted and were VERY expensive to fix it through them, double the price of every other place I called

If they supplied the heads I will change them out for $20 per head .<br><br>If that’s the route they choose —-$395 for there supplied heads+small mini reroute no warranty <br><br><br>Total-$29.99 (charge cc on file) send digital receipt/estimate via email so they can go through it together <br><br>We were willing to work with her on price if she supplied her own sprinkler heads,at her request. Then in late August she called in about a pipe break. I see no notes prior to this but Jenn's note says that customer had been informed of pipe break location multiple times and Tyler had flagged it. She then forgot the date of the callback that was scheduled and claimed we were supposed to come out earlier. We never charged her for any repairs etc. Tyler met with her and had her come outside, showed her the flags and the location of the break. Tyler then told the customer to call the office with any questions as she had not agreed to have any repairs done. She hasn't reached out again since then. First, it is unacceptable and unsafe to post my house and street number publicly in your reply. Please remove that information immediately, privacy matters for all customers. Second, I want to clarify that you serviced my yard three times, not two, and yet I am still dealing with the same pest issues, ant beds, and a poor lawn despite your assurances about treating (BAHIA GRASS) that was discussed before you guys were hired. The results were disappointing, and my concerns about pests and lawn health remain unresolved. While I appreciate your customer service and prompt communication, your actual treatments did not deliver on what was promised. I expect professionalism in both your privacy practices and the results of your services. They are libel and we will be investigating the matter further and seeking legal action if they do not stop. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIANCES OF MY LIFE. This company has the worst customer service in the world probably. If there was an award for worst customer service, they would be the winners. My husband contracted them to do an account of 10 locations. I overheard him talking to them on the phone, but the management group they have didn't want to help him in any way, they didn't even want to listen to what he had to say. They went on immediately to tell my husband that they were going to lean every single one of our properties, and only 5 days after allegedly spraying for roaches and spiders, they sent my husband a bill for every single one of the locations for more than twice the amount that they had agreed to, without even calling him, on the 7th day, they filed a lien on every single one of his properties. I mean, they didn't even give him an opportunity to pay, or to dispute anything, or to talk about the issues that were clearly problems regarding their services. They are not interested in customer service or you for that matter, they're only interested on finding ways and means to steal your money. CONSUMER BEWARE, THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY EVER.

Had their service for a couple years and was generally satisfied... not great but okay. HOWEVER, I moved out of state and out of their region of service. Informed the office via telephone, text and email. Yet they continue, months later, to pester me via text and email. Had to block them. Terrible spamming ruined my impression of this business.

I called Sherlock Homes for routine maintenance and to give me an estimate for a broken sprinkler head. The tech came out reset my sprinkler timer, and did an estimate for the sprinkler head. The invoice for maintenance claimed a tune up was done, which included check for leaks, solenoids, and check rain sensor. He was on my property for 6 minutes. I called the office to see if the rest of the tune up was going to be done later. I was greeted by a rude, nasty employee who didn't want to listen. She said "We don't work for free". Sherlock Homes pays $10 for a good review. I wouldn't give them a good review for a hundred dollars.

The premise of this is incorrect. This was a scheduled quarterly appointment for a tune up already in place, which have done for over a year. The tuneup consist of doing an assessment on the system. That was completed, which is how we were able to provide a price quote for the repairs. Without doing this assessment, we would not be able to provide a price for the repairs. The assessment has a cost of $35.99. This was completed and was an appropriate charge. The recorded phone call I listened to was the opposite you were very rude to the office manager.
