YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW LAWN SERVICE PROFESSIONALS WORK AND AT THIS POINT IT IS NOT ABOUT A REVIEW BUT A SMALL ATTEMPT AT VENGANCE.<br>MY NAME IS KAREN TOMLINSON, OWNER OF SOUTHWEST PEST MGMT., LLC. WE ARE AN HONEST COMPANY AND LOVE OUR WORK AND OUR CUSTOMERS, AS MY REVIEWS STATE. THIS IS FRAUD IN EVERY WAY. <br>I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW SAD THIS IS, AND YOU SIR KNOW THIS IS COMPLETELY WRONG.<br><br>Once again, We went through arbitration through HomeAdvisor and you declined my offer, for which I have records and pictures of your lawn. Get the facts straight. It was 2 services and your complaint came when a Z=Spray machine was not used the on the second application. I was at the gas station as this gentleman was filling up his truck for his Day. I pulled up to wipe our SUV front window down with a squeegee. This amazing person got a paper towel out of his truck and handed it to me. Small acts of kindness show the company and the people who work for them!!

We saw an uninvited guest in our home. Next morning I called SW Pest Control. I was expecting a long wait before they could come out. Emily came to spray the next day after calling their office! She gave us a sense of comfort and eased our minds from concerns about the pests! Great job folks!!

Worked as I was told and is still working. Great to have a business that tells the truth and stands behind their service. Person they sent was very pleasant and informative. Will use them if I need something exterminated in the future.
