SECURITY TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

All together I have paid this company over $7500 for their termite services. I was verbally told that there would be additional charges for the warranty AFTER 12 months. Sales rep switched companies and when providing the new quote, which was over a thousand dollars higher than the previous one, did not make it clear that the new company started charging immediately after services were rendered. I posted request on their website for help with possible rats in my house. I received a call the next day from them. He quoted a price of $450.00 with additional price of $25.00 each for traps set outside. I have to get rid of rats so I accepted. The man who came to my house was very nice and helpful. He set total of 8 traps in my attic. He sealed the place outside where rats are probably coming into the house. He checks the traps about every other day. So far two rats have been caught.

I have been trying to alter the services I requested for over a month. When I call they have me go through the whole “name, phone, address etc.” and tell me someone will call me back. It hasn’t happened. Today I called in again and their phone system made a mistake and I was on a 3 way call with a rep and another customer going over there offer. I won’t to work with them but they have made things different at every turn
