Pest Fix did a great job in my property. Solved the problem I was having in the yard where my kids play. They also gave great recommendations for keeping pests out by how I water my lawn. highly recommend.

Kory, the owner is nice. However, his secretary, Brittany can't seem to take the time to look at the notes for my account to know that I don't want a time to be scheduled for me without seeing if I'm available. The last 3 times, she has scheduled a time for my service without seeing if I'm going to be home. This is important since I receive inside service. Brittany didn't even ask why I was canceling my service, so it's obvious she doesn't care about keeping me as a customer. When I called Kory, he apologized for the miscommunication, which is far from what happened. Brittany: take the time to look at your customers' files before calling. I have gone with Advanced Pest Control and am very happy with their professionalism, service, and understanding of needing to coordinate a time that works for BOTH of us. For $20 more a year, I'm getting additional services too, so that's a bonus. Follow Up to Reply by company: What you have written is not what I was told by either of you. After at least 3 complaints about getting a call of when YOU scheduled to come out for service without even knowing if I would be home, you assured me it would not happen again and that your secretary would call at the beginning of my service month to find out when I, the customer, wanted to schedule a day and time. This is not what happened as usual. I got tired of the excuses and went with a more organized and experienced company.

Our convenient service calls are done to inform each customer of their upcoming appointment and to confirm if that day and time will work with each customer. If any appointment does not work, we are always happy to move the appointment to a different time or date. We even accommodate customers who request to have service completed outside of our normal business hours. This is the very reason why we make sure to personally call each customer and never send out automated emails, texts or phone calls. We take pride in our commitment to effectively communicate with all our customers on a personal basis.<br>We are a small company who strives to work with everyone’s individual and unique schedules. That’s one of many perks why people choose us over larger corporate companies. I’m confident our office will continue to communicate to our customers to ensure they are always happy and satisfied.
