Tim came out the next day with gear for me to help out! I learned a ton from him and gratefully the bees were easily & quickly removed. I understand that is not the case for all removals. I’m considering taking a bee keeping course with him in the future. Nice guy!

Provider response

Thank you...we hope you do come to bee class. Bees are a wonderful hobby!

Returned call within 30 min Very informative about current condition causing surge in hive building. Two week wait. For service. One week in. Waiting for results. Said they will remove humanly and try to save bees. Not just exterminating them. πŸ˜€ Please come soon it's getting bigger. πŸ˜…πŸπŸπŸπŸ

Provider response

Hi John, Thank you for your review. We are beekeepers and not licensed for pest control, so we do not exterminate bees.πŸ˜ƒ You called during the Brazilian pepper flow, which is the largest nectar flow locally for the year and lasts only 4-6 weeks. Our call volume goes up from 8-10 calls per day to over 50 for this brief time and our poor beekeeper works from 5am-9pm 7 days a week trying to do as many as possible during this time. Outside the major flows, we can typically fit people in inside of a week. Flow has finally ended, so you will see the colony growth slowing. You're on the schedule for next week and since it's a second floor soffit, it takes most of the day. We would need 2-3 people to cancel to get you in sooner. 🐝🐝🐝See you Tues 11/2. 🐝🐝🐝

Tim and LHB were prompt, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. Tim is passionate about sharing his knowledge and handling the situation to the best, fullest extent and it shows. My bees were basically a scouting party for a swarm - easily remedied - and Tim made sure I knew exactly what the situation was, how it would proceed, and how each step would be accomplished. I would absolutely suggest giving these good folks a call if you need bees removed safely and promptly.

Provider response

Thank YOU. Grateful to be able to help :)

After an attempt at trying to remove a bee hive from my roof myself (horrible idea). I called Lee Honey Bee Removal. Tim was here in 10 minutes. He’s so generous with his time, sharing his passion for bees, while also removing them in the most meticulous thorough manner. After nearly 4 days and 5 gallons of honey we finally got the queen and were successfully able to remove the bees from my roof. I cannot thank Tim and Asher enough. This is a very involved job, and I foolishly thought I could do it myself. Needless to say, you should call them if you’re looking to remove a honey bee hive in a humane and more permanent solution call them.

Provider response

Thank you! It was our pleasure to assist you. Not often a new swam arrives the next morning after the removal and before the roofers. Grateful we were able to help both times. We look forward to seeing you at our Bee101 workshop to further your interest beekeeping.
