Spoke with Jacob today who did a fantastic job educating me about my pest problem and providing cost effective options. I live in a condo so our hands are a bit tied by the HOA, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and I hope our community continues to do business with him.

We have a contract with them through my hoa. I used them two years ago to take care of cockroaches inside my house. This time, they showed up after 5 minutes. Looking around they told It's going to cost me $350. And the interior of my house is not included in our contract, which is not true. Then they lied and said, I have german cockroaches, which is also not true.Because I send them the pictures of the cockroaches, I have . I reached out to the manager.It's been over a week now, and never heard from them. Even though we pay for the service through my hoa, I will be taking care of this problem myself . Very unprofessional.

Abate and especially Rob have been amazing! Rob is so professional and considerate. He lets us know every time he comes to treat our lawn and always asks if we need to let our dog out before he starts! He takes the time to ensure that he does a through job. Thank you! We will def recommend Abate!

Terry and his staff in Cape Coral have been consistently professional in their service to our home. Most importantly, they have been Effective and Persistent in their service, where prior companies have failed to be. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat for your Pest and lawn treatment needs.

I wouldn't hire these guys based on how their driver behaves on the road. He pulled out right in front of me, forcing me to hit my brakes, and then proceeded to drive well below the speed limit. I had the right-of-way, and this kind of driving is unacceptable.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I took my car in because I got roaches from a box I had in my car. They went the extra mile and took care of my car and even dropped me off at a friend’s house while I was waiting. This place is such a blessing and I highly recommend them for any of your needs. I am a HUGE fan and they were my lifesavers (literally, I almost crashed when that bug came out in my car) THANK YOU!!! Love!!!!!
