If you need your house tented or regular pest control Cloud is the best. Matt does my regular pest control , he is very professional and kind. I needed my house tented. Kevin Cloud came out and told me step by step what was going to take place. The guys that tented my house were on time, professional and neat. My air was back on before I got home. Jennifer in the office is very accommodating. Thank you all for your service.

This family-run company is truly pleasure to work with, and all of the associates with whom I’ve encountered are extremely conscientious, particularly Mr. Matt Blankenship, the technician who’s been charged with “protecting” my home. During the past five years, I contacted the office on two occasions when I noticed unexpected insects had made their way inside my home. (Both instances occurred in June when the springtime drought had ended.) Without hesitation, they promptly apologized and scheduled Matt to come back out to take care of the situation posthaste. That is impressive! It’s so refreshing to work with a company that makes my life easier...and better! It is my pleasure to recommend Cloud Pest Control and Mr. Blankenship very highly without any reservation!

If anyone in the Manatee co area needs pest control this is the business to call. We had such a great experience from start to finish having our home tented for termite control. The team sent was clean, neat and professional. Took amazing care of our home, and when the process was completed locked up our home and turned on the Ac to cool the home before we came home. I have no knowledge of Cloud Termite Control. I am just responding to your question because you send me text inquiring about restaurants, parks and other venues that I have never been to or dealt with .I fine this very annoying. STOP IT!!!!

One of their trucks was driving erratically and gave me some choice hand signals. Then he drove about 65 mph in a 45 zone and cut in front of me. This happened in Lakewood ranch today, March 4th 2024. I followed the driver to a gated community off of Lorraine road. I think he initially got mad at me because I turned right at a light and he was trying to change lanes in the middle of the intersection.

Frank has been taking care of our house for years now and does a marvelous job. Would definitely recommend Cloud!

Quit soliciting in a non soliciting neighborhood especially during quaratine times. Next time i turn my sprinklers on.

Obviously don't think rules apply to them or their company. Child on segway sent to solicit in gated communities where no solicitation is allowed. When asked to leave said the rules don't apply to him and he's making a ton of money and then was going to share his customer's personal information with me to "prove it." Definitely hire this company if you want your personal information all over other communities to total strangers.

Sends teens into gated communities with clear signs saying No Soliciting Allowed. On the weekend. When the business is closed so you can’t call to complain for the 3rd time this week alone. Numerous community members and our community managers have complained directly to the business to no avail. How good can their service be when they won’t follow your rules or address complaints?

They send a cocky, smirking, disrespectful kid to solicit in our community, where soliciting is not allowed. Came to our home and disrupted our dinner to do this and had a horrible attitude when asked to leave. Multiple members of our community have complained to no avail. No way I would ever hire this company for any reason.

Not very caring of a place of their workers or customers. Charge a lot for pest control services.

Had an appointment set up from 3-4pm spent the whole afternoon waiting on them nothing got at call at 430 to get it done by 7 wouldn't recommend this service for anyone...
