About four weeks ago I contacted Kellers for a termite inspection. Morgan confirmed their presence. So, we contracted to have the house fumigated. Kellers handled everything which included sub-contracting with Brian’s tenting/fumigation company and connecting us with Jamie the screen guy for lanai. We had confidence and Morgan was in communication the entire process. This allowed us to focus on preparing the outside perimeter by raking shells away, removing and organizing household items, and cleaning. Then we vacated the property for a couple of nights and relaxed. We returned to a clean house on schedule. Overall, we had a great experience.

It was pleasant from the beginning. It was not an emergency but I newded the service quickly. Initially I was told that there are no appointments for the next two weeks. I explained my situation and lady I was talkung to came back in an hour and scheduled an appointment the same week. Nikki came to the house as scheduled, explained pricing, what will be done, how long it takes and what are the warranties. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

On time Consistent Great Service

Keller has been my pest control company for more than 26 years. Never any problems! Recently, I had found clues that I was pretty sure I had a rodent problem, which made me pretty crazy, constantly walking around with a flashlight. I called with my concern, the very next day they sent out a technician, yep he found evidence!!! Mason was the greatest. He put this crazy lady to ease, he was easy to talk to, listened and answered my endless questions. Such a positive experience, if there can be with rodents!! He came out sealed my house and set traps. The journey is not completely over but I feel confident that it soon will be. Thanks Mason for your attention and patience. I would recommend you hands down to everyone!

Joe, at Keller, has kept my home bug free since I moved here in 2017. If I do find a bug, I send a picture and he responds quickly. Coming from the north, bugs are not my favorite thing, so Joe makes sure my home is pest-free! AND the best thing, my dog loves him!!

We were tented in July. In March, I noticed a few wings. Called the office and Sean returned my call immediately and came the next day. For now we will continue to monitor. Sean noted our concerns and took pictures. Since we are still under warranty, he said if it has to be retented, that's what he'll do. Love their immediate attention to this and his continued support.

Brandon is the man! This is the best pest company I’ve worked with. They always communicate well. Send me proper documentation. Brandon knows what he is doing and does a thorough job. He even respectfully took his shoes off before entering my home. Great service all around.
