The guy is very knowledgeable stuff is not diluted you don't have to worry about people trampling through your house it's a perfect way to get rid of bugs

Giving two stars simply because it is a small business. I went here to purchase a product for mosquitos. I chose to come here to support a small business rather than purchasing online. Small businesses often have to charge a bit more and that is ok. These guys completely ripped me off and charged me 4x the price for the identical product available online from many retailers. Taking advantage of the customers that do try to support you is not a long term solution.

This place is great, the staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help, you can get the right stuff the first time instead of buying several products from box stores that dont work as well, I'm not a dirty person but I've had bed bugs and mites on 2 different times, other products didn't work and when I came here that was the end of my problems, highly recommended.

Not sure if he was the owner or just worked there. The guy was not friendly or helpful at all! Asked him what we should use for roaches and he said well everything. So I then inquired what would you say is the best products and he showed two with an attitude or didn’t explain them very well. My mother started that they just started appearing very small then said it all depends how long they have been there and she again said they just appeared and he said nothing more gave us the change and shrugged us off. I would never again use this place. I wanted to go return the product and get our money back.

Has most DIY chemicals pros use and other common sense treatments that one can not find anywhere else. Be aware there are NO REFUNDS on chemicals, even if unused. Be sure you are really up to spraying on a reliable schedule.

This place is the best place in town to go to get rid of a pest. They are informative and helpful and they give good advice.
