I have used the bug guys for all my termite needs. They are a wonderful family owned company. They always make sure you are pleased and if you need them to feel free to call on them. They also show professionalism. Great company to call with any of your bug needs!

Had a contract with them and they didn’t show up for about 9 months. They claim they did and entered the property without prior permission which I specifically told them up front they could not do, however I have cameras at my house and no record of them showing up. When I finally realized, they apologized and scheduled a visit. Unfortunately they were a no show! And on top of that didn’t even return my call. Needless to say I will not be renewing my service agreement and would advise anyone to look elsewhere.

Robert knew exactly what the problem was and addressed it promptly. He was very professional and friendly. Would most definitely use again!!

We have been with Bug Guys for a year now and ABSOLUTELY love them! Paula is always patient and responsive. Robert and the other guys always do a fantastic job. We recently had our routine outdoor service and they also took care of an issue we've been having with spiders in our lanai. They were thorough and even offered to skim the pool where some of the spiders fell. We can't say enough good things about the Bug Guys! We HIGHLY recommend them!
