Great place and absolutely amazing response time to help. Troy the owner and his team have been great to work with over the years. We were remodeling our house and have a stick build. While the walls were open we had them come and treat all the green treat wood and everything in the house and they did an outstanding job. Couldn't be happier with the work and team. Thank you guys!

Called and talked to Michelle. Wow! Worst customer service. After I diligently explained that my husband won't get a monthly service and that I've had issues with ants on the last 5 houses I've owned and simply needed a one-time treatment using spray that they take back to the nest which has ALWAYS worked, sometimes for a year, she sends a guy out to spray contact killing pesticide. He has no idea what I'm talking about. So I called the office and talked to Michelle. In the most condescending, patronizing voice, she starts lecturing me then she mimics me. Something a 5-year-old would do. I just hung up on her. This company is a rip off and they sell you a monthly service when all you need is spray inside and out twice a year or quarterly at the most that they carry back to the nest. Called KELLER PEST CONTROL. Harry came out that afternoon with spray and bait Sprayed in and out, left bait traps. He refused to spray contact killing pesticide because he wants them to track the spray back to the nest. Guaranteed it for at least 90 days. If it rains before the nest is killed, he may need to return. I've had this done in the last 5 houses I've owned. It ALWAYS works great. My last house in Texas, I had 5 different kinds of ants. Guy came out, did the same thing Harry did and a year later, I still had no more ants OR PESTS. Call KELLER. You won't be abused or disappointed.

I have been using Bradenton Termite and Pest Services for many years now and I would refer them for your home. They are great.

We had a cockroach problem in a rental property in Bradenton starting around Feb 2023. There never had been issues for years before. I fired the old pest company and hired Bradenton Pest based on recommendations from Vacasa rental manager. Hired Bradenton Pest. They treated, special treated, treated every two weeks .... went on for about 3 months. Issue still not resolved as of 8/12/23. Then when I complained, instead of stepping up and doing the responsible thing - they cancelled the account.

Reasonably priced! They take their time and are very thorough! Great people!

Michelle is the best! I had called several companies & either no one answered or I had to text to get quotes. I was ready to give up, then Michelle answered all my questions, had someone come the same day I called and has very reasonable prices! Very friendly and professional, would highly recommend, give them a call, you’ll be glad you did!😊

So I'll be honest I haven't used this company but I called and spoke with Michelle and she was really informative and helpful. I have a termite issue and she took the time to really go through my concerns and although they aren't able to do what I'll eventually have to need done I would use them for any other services because of how she treated me

Troy the owner did an excellent job on my subterranean termite issue. He was thorough and explained everything to us, we will continue to use Bradenton Termite and Pest Control.

We are purchasing a home and my agent had this company come out for a termite inspection. Hughes was charging $50 but Bradenton Termite and Pest Control charged $95, and when we finally got the report it is not helpful or thorough. I just called and spoke to Michelle and she was completely condescending and instead of connecting me with someone who had seen the property and could tell me about the scope of the items mentioned on the report, she just kept reading it word-for-word to me and saying, "I don't know what more you need to know". This is so frustrating and a waste of time and money. In reply to the company response, the report only had very basic statements and did not have information about the scope or specific location of damage. I asked for clarification and was told repeatedly the same thing that was written on the report. Photos were very zoomed in with no context. One was of the closet and I asked what part of the closet or was. The reply was “above the wall”, I asked “the ceiling?” And the reply was “above the wall”. I don’t think a termite inspection is a waste of time or money, but doing it with this company is. We are getting it re-inspected on Monday by someone who will give us answers.

My mom uses this pest control service.she says she has never seen any kind of bug what so ever.the only thing I ever saw in her yard was them little lizards and you don't want to get rid of them
