Tri-Choice Landscaping is contracted by the Westhaven at Ovation HOA in Winter Garden, and their service has been consistently poor. For months, they neglected to cut the grass along our fence line, despite repeated complaints. The HOA finally got them to address it—only after the grass had grown more than halfway up the fence. The second time they came out to string trim the fence line, I personally witnessed one of their employees aggressively banging his trimmer against our fence. It was forceful enough to make the entire fence shake and left visible damage. When I walked outside to address the issue, the worker was incredibly rude. He told me that if I had a problem with how he trims, he just wouldn’t trim along our fence anymore. I reminded him that this area is HOA property and still needs to be maintained. I also informed him I’d be installing cameras to monitor the fence, and that any further damage would need to be covered by the company. He responded by telling me to invoice them for damages if I wanted and repeated that he wouldn’t be trimming that section anymore. I’ve since contacted Tri-Choice management as well as the HOA and am currently waiting on a response. Based on the many negative reviews I’ve seen about this company, I won’t be surprised if I never hear back. While one incident might seem minor, repeated damage over time can become a much bigger problem. The lack of care, professionalism, and accountability from this company is completely unacceptable.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The owner Matt and this company are a complete waste of time.

Beware of this company. Some HOA's will hire them. But they do a spotty job. Can clearly see the grass was cut poorly, they ran over the supports for the trees. Ran over the drip line to the tree cutting it open. Ran into the banana tree as well. No response from the company to repair the damages.

I am an HOA for Cypress Grove. Tri choice employees are very unprofessional. This one employee by the name of Ronald is very horrible at edging. Ronald seems like he doesn't care about how his work is done As long as he gets it done. I have seen Ronald multiple times talking on the phone and smoking. Worse company ever, I will not recommend this company at all.

Terrible company, they do my hoa. So many neighbors and i complain about bent fencing broken patio screen one even had the main water line nto thier home broken and just left spraying water
