I turned my patio misters on for the first time since the big Florida freeze we just had… I found out that my filter system had burst and also I had at least 10 nozzles that burst. I called in my problem and they were here within two days to get everything running exactly the way it was designed too. Onyx was the service tech and he was a poster child for Mist & More. He was fast knew exactly what he was doing and super friendly all at the same time. We have had our system over five years and this was the first issue I have ever had. The product is definitely professional grade and built to last!

Nothing but respect for Greg and his team. Even though the system did not work for my needs, Greg stood by his guarantee and did everything he could to provide the best possible outcome. Honesty and integrity can be hard to come by, but Mist and More is a company that displays both.
