This company destroyed my grass, promised to re-sod it, and never followed through. Instead of fixing the damage they caused, they returned to my property without my permission, charged me for a service I had already canceled, and then had the nerve to send the balance to a debt collector. When I first got pest control they were allstar pest control. They were reliable, cost effective, handled the very active pest control concerns in my home and had excellent communication and I had recommended them to 2 other friends.
