I've been using Green Team for about a year now with pest control and yard care. They do an outstanding job. Everyone is super friendly and always keeps you in the loop with what services are needed and what has been done. The prices are extremely fair in this economy. Love the company and the services they provide. Kelvin services my property monthly and has returned back multiple times without asking to double check his work. They do such a good job.

He texted me personally with post treatment instructions that I appreciated. In fact they usually always call or text when they’re about to service your property, which I must say is very courteous.

Where do I began! Working with this company has been nothing but greatness. To when someone actually do a great job is amazing. After the last company I used let me and my husband down and let’s not talk about the waist of money! Marco and not only did a great job but listened to my needs and that is rare at times. I had the services of this company for the las 3 years, in the beginning they did a good job but since March 2022 their quality is poor. I contract them to control the weeds and keep the lawn nice and green. The weed control has been out of control since March 2022, many excuses have been done by them and I patiently work with them. First they said that is raining to much and the rain wash out the chemicals made ineffective the job, then they said we changed the product. Always a different excuse to justify their lack of ability to control the weeds. This October and November I waited for the services to be applied, it didn't rain at all and the weed grew green, strong and out of control. Their method to control the weeds that they advertised for it does not work at all. I validated that this company has "F" as grade controlling weed. I asked to give me a credit back, due that they couldn't meet their contract and the customer services lady answer back with the famous script that companies are using now, I'm so sorry we are unable to do that, we can do credit back to your account because the services was provide. Yes, the awful services was provide without the expected result, without meeting the scope of work what was agreed when I started the services with your company. Several services cost increment were done and I never hesitate , but please since March 2022 the services has been awful. I'm a person that believe in opportunities, but you as a company have zero ethic and appreciation of this value. I hope that the Manager contact me and be eager to give me a better explanation on how the services has been decayed so bad to the level of F grade. Solicitation is NOT allowed in our neighborhood !! There are signs posted everywhere, but they seem to ignore them and do whatever they want. Please think of a new marketing strategy!!

Never used these guys but got a flier left on my door claiming they noticed I had a lack of fertilizer, weeds, and chinch bugs in my lawn. My lawn was JUST re-sodded not even 2 weeks ago LOL. Just say you want to treat my lawn and leave it at that....don't try to scare with lies.

hired the company less than 3 months. the first month received the service, our cameras caught their rep not completely covering our lawn for the weed service we paid for as he only did the edges. My husband called them, they sent the guy back to redo the lawn properly. The following month, they deducted the $50 from my account a week before it was due. No service. I had to call the company, customer service rep, super nice, said message would be sent to the manager. Waited 4 days. No return phone call and still no weed service. I called the company again, said they would take care of it, waited a week to see if they would come around and service the lawn, NOPE! Called the company, and demanded a full refund which they returned promptly. Horrible experience. Every single person at the firm, dropped the ball. And if you don't have cameras or someone home to watch the service they provide, don't go with them, they skim on product, while you pay full price. Going to try Heron or Massey. I've watched Heron in my neighborhood few times, they do a pretty nice job on neighbors home.
