They always let me know when they will be coming to re-bait the bait boxes. Also, the technician communicates the level of effectiveness the boxes are having and that's what I like.

We are very disappointed with this pest control company. The service is expensive and did not solve our issues. We complained about mice, and all they did was set a few traps without addressing the root cause. Our problem with bugs outside the house was not resolved either. To make matters worse, the one-year contract cannot be canceled halfway, which feels unfair given the lack of results. Overall, not worth the cost and not the level of service we expected.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! We were having a horrible ant situation and not only did they spray our home on the inside for ants. They sprayed for many other insects as well. They also came inside and did a treatment. Within 24 hours we were infested again. We understood we could see some more ants until the treatment got back to their home, however, they were in many different places. Getting them out for a respray was so incredibly painful. They told me one day and without telling me changed it to another day. The reps on the phone are USELESS. I will not continue with them. I will find a more reputable company.

I do not recommend. On multiple occasions we were double charged a monthly service fee for adding an additional service. They also automatically extend your contract for another 12 months when adding those additional services. The product being used is not very effective. We’ve had multiple call backs with little result. The only positive is the service technicians. Everyone that came out to my house was friendly and knowledgeable.

Once You Sign, the Service Is a Nightmare I do not recommend Greenix. Once you sign the contract, it’s a nightmare trying to get consistent, quality service. They’re quick to take your money but extremely unreliable when it comes to follow-ups,

Every time you call this company, there is some kind of an issue. They can’t find you. They say they already came. They say they did the backyard when they really didn’t cause you were home and you seen what they did so they’re very dishonest and the office personnel are rude as rude, could be. You should not do business with this company. I have dogs. I told them to call me an hour before. Outside before it was safe, but they never called me so in turn I let my dog out then I go out front of my house and I see the signs sticking up near my driveway. I was pissed that was the last straw again. I would do nothing with this company

Had Greenix come out bc of an ant problem. The problem was not fixed for nearly six months. They continued to send techs out, they continued to apologize for missing colonies. I tried to cancel because of level of service and I was met with "sure, cancel, but u have to pay the remaining contract". Makes sense if the service was solid. Makes zero sense when Greenix is not meeting their portion of the service agreement. I will reach out to everyone i know to share my experience.

I will say the customer service people are extremely friendly. We hired pest control to help with a wasp and spider issue we've been experiencing. We had a different company for years that did a great job, but they would never call me to schedule appointments (or even tell me what day they were coming). I work from home and have a dog so I would often be in meetings when they showed up and it would drive my dogs crazy. Then they would ring my doorbell until I came to the door even though I don't get my interior sprayed. So, I left them and decided to try Greenix. Sales person was very friendly. The first tech that came out to our house was very friendly. But the wasp and spider issue persisted. A second tech was sent out and he pulled an active wasp neat from a bush but told me if I wanted the bushes treated I needed a different service plan. The third tech came out and told me the same thing. She also told me if I wanted the problem to go away, I would need to trim back my bushes. We've had these bushes since we moved in 20 years ago. We never had spider or wasp issues with the old company so I decided to go back to them and just figure out how to deal with not knowing when they were coming. I think maybe the difference is the chemicals the two companies used. The old company showed up with a tanker truck and sprayed something around my house. Greenix showed up without any kind of sprayer that I could see (unless it was something they wear on their backs but didn't wear when they spoke with me... I'm not sure). I'm sure the service works for many people, but unfortunately I couldn't get a solution I was happy with (perhaps I just have unrealistic expectations).

Not happy with latest service. I was not home when the technician arrived. However, I have surveillance cameras around my property and I also have recordings from each camera to document my complaint. She arrived at my home at 10:57 am and left at 11:04 am. She partially treated the grass in the backyard and that was it. Clearly spending 7 minutes on the property tells you all you need to know about the lack of service. I recently signed up with Greenix. The first service was thoroughly performed and I was very satisfied. I was under the impression that I was on a schedule every 30 days or so. However, I had to call them to get scheduled for the second service. Beware, if you are not home and do not have video surveillance, a tech may take advantage and skimp the treatment.

Had a bald faced hornets nest on my house that I needed gone, set up an appointment with Greenix to remove them. It was $299, they come out and after some time end up knocking the nest down and tell me the hornets will probably be back and just to pressure wash the remains off of my house. Well, not even 24 hours later I go to take a look at the remains of the nest and the whole colony is up there rebuilding it! When I reached out to them, they just wanted to sell me a year long contract for them to come back out and exterminate them and remove the rest of the nest. I don't understand why it was $299 for someone to come out and poke a hornets nest with a stick, I was under the impression it was $299 for them to REMOVE the HORNETS. If I want anymore help it has to be a 1 year contract.. another $850 on top of the $299 I paid them already.
