Please don't put signs in my yard and especially where my vehicle will back up through. It's private property and your employees do not have permission to place it there. Called to make a complaint and the associate was in denial, said her company doesn't do thst. I told her, it was her company car on my camera and her company sign being place by an employees on camera as well. She requested my number, I just wanted the employees trained. I was about to give my number to her but told her if I started getting cold calls, I was putting it in my reviews ad I hate spam. She said I was threatening her by saying this, and at that point as I wanted nothing misconstrued, I asked my husband to start recording the call. She hung up on me as she cannot handle a complaint. I called back and asked for a manager. The second lady was an absolute gem and amazing employee. She took my complaint and said she would pass it to management. I also requested they pull the recording of the first call as it was completely unprofessional. She was caring, empathetic, and all around an amazing employee. I added a picture of the sign in my yard and your company car in case the first lady wants to keep living in denial.

They only post the positive reviews !!! The company you need to stay away from ,I have weed that I never had and bald spots too . Then they air rated my lawn in August which I told them in the beginning not to do it at the cost of 695 dollars . I recommend lawn doctor or any of the others . I'm going to fertilize on my own !!!

We've been a very satisfied customers of NaturaLawn of America/Mosquito Ranger for three summers now. We appreciate the natural aspects of the treatments and can see the results in keeping helpful pollinators while targeting problem areas and nuisance pests. This summer our technician Aaron S. has been just outstanding! He's friendly, efficient and thorough and collaborates with us to treat around our very large vegetable garden in such a way that still controls the pests but doesn't put product right on the plants. I've always had great customer service from the office reps and other techs, but Aaron is a real standout on their team. Keep up the great work!

We’ve been with Naturalawn for about 24 years now and couldn’t be happier. They perform lawn care services, flea and tick prevention, along with aeration and seeding for us. The technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous while taking the time to explain treatments. Aaron was just here for our flea and tick application and he was beyond accommodating. When we have had questions arise about the lawn, Naturalawn has sent one of their supervisors to assess the problem and determine a plan to address it. Each year is different due to weather conditions or pests but, with Naturalawn helping us, the lawn has stayed thick and green.

Have used NL for several years to improve and maintain the health of our lawn. Our tech Alyjah does a great job and we appreciate that after application, he uses a leaf blower to put the pellets scattered on the driveway and walkway on the lawn so nothing goes to waste. Our dog loves the biscuits left with the bill; nice touch. With this last treatment we also were given a bug spray sample that I can hardly wait to try!

This company has terrible customer service and manager does not show any level of care or ability to work through problems. No ability to provide evidence of communication that the company states occurred related to billing and questions. They do not email bills on a regular invoicing like most companies. The manager and associate named Lindsay is rude, unprofessional, and they make it hard to do business. When quitting the service they could care less. They literally are accusatory and combative when a client asks questions and shares attempts to resolve problems. Worst service ever. Truly unprofessional, couldn’t care less about the client and so willing to lose business. Lauren is the one within the crew that cares. Thank you Lauren for your professionalism and best wishes to you.

I hired company to apply fertilizer and weed control as well as fall aeration and seeding. I still have many weeds, and the seeding was poorly done. My lawn looks worse now. They have not responded to my latest inquiries.

Had my yard re seeded the cost was around $650, we were told we could do monthly payments, actually we where paying every two weeks but they divided to send the bill to collection, during a pandemic! Really not understanding why one person say make payment and another say send the total amount ASAP If I had known I would have never agreed Plus it didn’t solve my grass problems

We had NaturaLawn of America - Wilmington maintaining our lawn for over a year. It looked wonderful before they started and now looks worst then it ever has. When we expressed our concerns a supervisor visited the property left a report which we would describe as trying to sell more services and when we called to speak with him he never called us back. They put a great deal of effort into selling anything and everything they offer for sale and not into making our lawn look good. Buyer beware!

We are very sorry for the confusion with your service. Please allow us to explain.<br><br>You called us on 8/27 to let us know that you were unhappy with our results so far. On 8/29 your technician called and left a message for you to call him directly on his cell phone. Since you had been on with us for less than year, he wanted to discuss the current state of your lawn and what realistic expectations are for getting your lawn to where you want it to be. He never received a call back.<br><br>We sent out a supervisor on 8/31 to treat your weeds. He observed multiple grass types and weeds on your lawn and left behind his recommendations for how to remedy those issues. Those recommendations did include purchasing aeration and seeding which would highly benefit your lawn. Between 8/31 and 9/24 both your technician and the supervisor who performed your service call attempted to get a hold of you multiple times, but were not able to leave a message because your voice mailbox was full.<br><br>We are confident that we can turn your lawn around, but it may take a bit longer than you were expecting and aeration and seeding would greatly help that process along. We never want our customers to leave us unhappy, so since you canceled your services with us and left this review, we have tried to call you and left several messages to see how we might fix things. We have not heard back.<br><br>Again, we are very sorry that you are unhappy with your lawn. If you change your mind and decide to sign back on for services, we would be happy to talk with you about our plan for your lawn and set out a realistic timeline for results.

I contacted NLA in Nov 2017 for weed control. Despite paying for weed control for a year, I filled an entire trash can full of them by pulling them out of my lawn. When I asked why I was paying them and still had weeds they first told me it can take up to a year. Well its been almost a year and still have a lawn full of weeds. Then they blamed me for not calling them to come back even though they come every 6 weeks and bill me for it, even though the guy servicing my property told me he wasn’t treating for weeds in certain areas because he didn’t realize it was my property (which I find hard to believe as I live on a corner lot and have a fence). They treated my property in Nov 2017, but also failed to tell me I had been entered into a "contract" for services. They came out without my knowledge or consent and billed me for the service. When I complained, they said it was on the receipt from the weed service from 2017 that I had been entered into a "contract”. They also told me the weed control was safe, which it is not. I googled the chemicals that showed up under my online account and they are known to cause cancer. When I confronted them, they denied they had applied that chemical to my lawn even though their website said they had. I inquired about aeration and seeding and their salesperson told me a bunch of inaccurate information (such as daily watering wasn't required, and there was a guarantee for free seeding the following year if I was unsatisfied, but omitted the fact that you had to be a customer to get the guarantee. I requested he send me everything he told me in an email since they had already misled me, but he never did. When I told them I would not get the seeding until I got confirmation in writing, the manager called me instead of putting it in writing. She later emailed me but it did not confirm everything I had been told. They called to offer me mosquito control but after I cancelled with my current company, they called back to say they had quoted me the wrong price. This company has told me nothing be contradictory information and outright lies. Furthermore, they missed a bunch of places when they seeded my property, they refused to come back out until 3 weeks after the seeding, then when they came back out they told me they would call me ahead of time, but they did not, so when they re-seeded my property they still missed spots. When I called to tell them spots were missed, they tried to tell me I had to wait 3 more weeks before they would reseed (it was already early-october) which also meant another 3 weeks of daily watering. When I complained to the Regional Manager Paul Adams, he spoke with the owner Rick and they agreed they had dropped the ball numerous times. They came back out (over a week later) to re-seed the missed spots (and still missed some) but the technician failed to show up between 7 at as promised, instead at 10:30 am. The manager of the office is his daughter Angela. When I called to talk to the owner, she said he couldn't hear so he would not talk to me although the regional manager Paul Adams told me that he had spoke with the owner. I asked for his email and she told me all he would do was forward it to her anyway. When I asked for a discount due to all the headaches and she refused. They also told me to wait 3 more weeks before they come back to fill in the missed spots. And this doesn't include all the issues I have even had with them. ---- My response to the owners response is that I asked for nothing for free and I received nothing for free. My claims are all valid and I have the photos and emails to prove it. The company came back out as part of their "warranty" to seed the spots they missed (twice - see photos - no seed and very sparse grass). I asked for a discount off the price of the seed due to all the hassle and Angela refused. Later she called back and refused to send someone out to fix what still had not been seeded, but she did waive the other half of the seeding price (which I had not yet paid and was not intending to pay since the job had not been finished.

Please allow us to give a brief explanation.<br><br>While we did make a couple minor mistakes on your account, we find that a majority of your claims are not valid. In return for our error we have already given you 2 free aeration and seedings which total $850 in services. You asked that we give you a 3rd free aeration and seeding and that we comp you mosquito treatments for next year as well. We never want to have an unhappy customer, but we have gone out of our way on multiple occasions and used many of our resources to try and make you happy with our services. At this point, we don't believe we will be able to make you happy and think it best that we terminate our services at your property.

The Service was very good, they seemed to spend a good amount of time working on getting everything done right. My main problem was that I was quoted one price on the phone followed up with an email that said the aeration and seeding would be free, no charge. When they left me an invoice I called and asked about the email. They got back to me the next day and told me the email was a mistake and that I would be charged the $330. It was not my mistake that the email was sent and I felt they should honor the price sent to me in the email.

I signed up for a seasonal program with Natural Lawn in the beginning of the year and they have been to my house a few times. They most recently came out two weeks ago to do a summer application. The receipt clearly stated that they put down herbicides to combat weeds and crabgrass, among other things. The application had absolutely zero effect on the weeds in my lawn. After the Spring Application about 6 weeks earlier, weeds began dying and wilting in one day. I called the company after about 4 days because the weeds were not showing any sign dying out. I wanted them to come and re-apply. The people were all very nice and assured me that the chemicals can take 10-14 days to begin to work. I decided that sounded extremely odd as I have never heard of an herbicide that took 2 weeks to work, but took their word for it and waited. Here it is two weeks later and lawn weeds are going strong and the crabgrass is running rampant. I called to inform them that the application didn't work, and they told me on the phone that their services are not guaranteed to work and only apologized if no one had explained that to me before. My answer was NO.... no one ever explained to me when I paid for a yearly program that your services may or may not work. I was told that they can not come back out until the Fall to re-apply any herbicides because of burn potential with the heat, which I understand. When I asked for a credit to my account for that application because it didn't work, they informed me that they don't give refunds because the work was performed. It doesn't matter that it didn't work... if they showed up, I get charged no matter the results. What kind of company can ethically charge for a service that didn't work and is also unapologetic about it? Natural Lawn. Unfortunately, I pre-paid for a yearly service. I am very disappointed in the company... especially since I called them almost immediately to let them know that it didn't work. To get what I was hoping to be a nice lawn, I have spent a lot of money for no reason and now I get to spend the rest of the summer watches weeds and crabgrass grow in my lawn. I see many good reviews for Natural Lawn, so maybe I am the exception to otherwise good service, but their non-resolution and lack of even an apology was appalling, to say the least. Since no one from Natural Lawn explained to me that their services/products may not work, I'd like to be able to share that info with others who may be looking for a lawn service.

As you said, you called in several days later on 6/26 about the weeds and we explained to you that the control can take 10-14 days to start working. At that point your technician put in a service call to come back out to your lawn in 2 weeks to check on the weeds and retreat if necessary. You called back on 7/3, one week after your last phone conversation with us to tell us that our weed control was still not working. Your technician had not had the chance to get back on your lawn to assess the situation.<br><br>We have since sent out a supervisor to assess your lawn, but have not been able to get in contact with you. We would like to assure you that our weed control is working, just with this hot weather it is working slowly. As a first year customer, we apologize if we did not properly communicate how quickly you will see results. Your lawn is a living, breathing thing and we are working to make it healthy. I have had > 10 years of service in Wilmington. The past 3 years my lawn, each yr. gets worse and worse. Aeration/seeding has not taken past 2 yrs. I complained to Angela- she sent a Tech out today. I told him what was happening. He Blamed it on my 2 small dogs. I explained that my dogs drink a LOT of water- no physical problems. I explained to him that since my female dogs drink a lot- their urine becomes deluded. There are NO BEAR/BROWN spots where they urinate. He , in a sarcastic tone." you watch your dogs were that go.". I told him yes I do! He would not believe me. I explained that I was born and educated in NYC. Here in DE as an RN I stupidly told that I am TOO educated. I also volunteer at dog shelters and help with medical treatment besides care. I hae owned 8 houses on the E. Coast and ALWAYS did my own lawn care and Landscaping . I know several Vets here in DE and up at the Philadelphia Pennsylvania Vet School where I am well known. I spoke with my Vet here in DE and 2 up in Philly. They explained that I was absolutely correct. Since after 37 years on being an RN, CCM I became handicapped. I STILL research medical and other essential topics- such as lawns, weeds ETC. Again I am VERY EDUCATED in many many areas! I was insulted by the tech- caught him lying to be. I repeated what he said- he again told me I was wrong. . The tech left w/o doing what he was there to do! I hae been in my home x 17 yrs. AGAIN I HAVE OWNED 8 HOMES! i WILL NO LONGER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS OR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES.
