UPDATE: It has been 3 months and our mouse problem is worse. We closed all holes and the poisons did nothing. They aren't interested in it. At least guarantee your work and come until the problem is gone. Very disappointed. Original review: This guy is very nice and hard working, but I am disappointed in the service for mice. He simply puts traps and poison around but does not guarantee the work. We paid for 2 visits and have seen no improvement in our mouse infestation. He says they're coming from outside and we should hire someone to seal the entryways. We did that but it isn't helping.

We take all customer concerns seriously and strive to ensure quality service and communication.<br><br>During the initial inspection and service, we thoroughly explained that due to the level of mouse activity present in the home, it can take up to a month and potentially multiple treatments for results to become noticeable. Rodent populations can take time to respond to bait and trapping strategies, especially during colder months when pressure from outside increases.<br><br>As discussed prior and during service, we do not guarantee rodent work due to environmental and structural factors that can impact results.<br><br>Our technician identified a large gap leading into the basement with nesting material present, a clear primary entry point. We advised that this opening must be sealed to prevent continued entry, as ongoing infiltration can greatly delay elimination efforts. At the time of our second visit, the entry point had not yet been sealed.<br><br>Despite the early stage of treatment within a few weeks we responded within 24 hours of your follow-up request, provided additional equipment, and utilized different bait and trapping methods at a discounted rate to help accelerate results.<br><br>We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to review the current conditions with you directly and determine how the situation has progressed since our last service. Kyle was totally awesome! We were worried because we saw 2 cockroaches in September and didn't want an infestation. He responded right away and within a day he came to our house and treated it and since then, now it is November, we have had no more bugs. He was very friendly and patient, answering all of our questions and concerns. We never had this problem before and he said it was possible that they came from cardboard boxes that had been delivered to our home so he suggested we open all cardboard boxes outdoors. We highly recommend him!!

To start, they were the only company that actually answered my call. Spoke with Kyle, explained my problem with yellow jackets, and he was there the same day. I use these guys at all 3 multi-unit properties I manage. We fired our other pest control for our 72 unit property and started using Alpha for a terrible roach problem. I didn't have high hopes after dealing with roaches for so long- they seemed IMPOSSIBLE to get rid of and I was starting to think pest control companies were a scam. However, after using Alpha for the past few months, I NEVER get calls about roaches anymore. After walking with Jose to all of the units in our problem area the other day, the tenants have told me that they haven't been seeing roaches at all. I can't put into words how relieved I am. I hate roaches myself, so I would hate for our tenants to deal with that. At our other 2 properties I always use Alex or Jose to treat ants and carpenter ants. They do an amazing job with that as well! If you are looking for pest control, these are your guys.
