UPDATE: It has been 3 months and our mouse problem is worse. We closed all holes and the poisons did nothing. They aren't interested in it. At least guarantee your work and come until the problem is gone. Very disappointed. Original review: This guy is very nice and hard working, but I am disappointed in the service for mice. We take all customer concerns seriously and strive to ensure quality service and communication.<br><br>During the initial inspection and service, we thoroughly explained that due to the level of mouse activity present in the home, it can take up to a month and potentially multiple treatments for results to become noticeable. Rodent populations can take time to respond to bait and trapping strategies, especially during colder months when pressure from outside increases.<br><br>As discussed prior and during service, we do not guarantee rodent work due to environmental and structural factors that can impact results.<br><br>Our technician identified a large gap leading into the basement with nesting material present, a clear primary entry point. We advised that this opening must be sealed to prevent continued entry, as ongoing infiltration can greatly delay elimination efforts. At the time of our second visit, the entry point had not yet been sealed.<br><br>Despite the early stage of treatment within a few weeks we responded within 24 hours of your follow-up request, provided additional equipment, and utilized different bait and trapping methods at a discounted rate to help accelerate results.<br><br>We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to review the current conditions with you directly and determine how the situation has progressed since our last service. Kyle was totally awesome! We were worried because we saw 2 cockroaches in September and didn't want an infestation.
