Millette Pest Control

It’s our our 3rd year using Millette Pest Control for our problem of ticks. I used to pick ticks off my dogs daily , I just moved to a new house next to the woods and had no idea how bad it could get. I was working at a house and brought up my tick problems, they suggested Millette. 3 years later…. I couldn’t be happier. No ticks ever!! Justin is my technician who comes and does my yard, he is the best! Great guy, does a thorough job, hopefully he’s always appreciated, I know our family appreciates his efforts. The lady who always answers the phone has a great personality and is so nice. Great Connecticut Company!!

I asked Millette Pest Control to help me get rid of my carpenter ants. The came and the results were immediate. The price is resonable and they have simple monthly payment plans. Their technicians are always on time and very professional. The technicians also noticed that I had a mice problem and assisted me with that concern for no additional charge. I highly recommend Millette Pest Control!

Not sure what happened with this business. Marshall had always been very responsive and kind when he came out but my experience with Heather has been different. I reached out in March about a termite issue. She went back and forth with me over email for a MONTH, kept saying she’d come out, asked me twice for my address (provided both times) and she never came or followed up. I removed my previous 5-star review. I ended up hiring another company for quarterly service.

Absolutely terrible service. The woman who operates the phone is rude. The owner is defensive. They do not hear out any issues or listen. When they have come to our home they have missed multiple traps with dead mice and smells that linger for over a week. When this was pointed out the owner asked "do you have pictures of the traps" I guess asking us, the client, to prove to them that we had dead pests in the house. Could not really be worse. Their regular service is a rip off because they dont keep logs of the traps they set down so they do a poor job searching for them. They have no customer care service at all. Several of the positive reviews here appear to be postedby their own staff

Millette has been wonderful. I've had a contract since I purchased the house (ants) and they have addressed all of my "emergency" imagined pests and middle of the night emails immediately.

Buyer beware. I cancelled a contract they are now trying to enforce. They provided un-necessary work to the homeowner and now are trying to collect the money form me that the homeowner is disputing. No one calls you canck and the Office Manager was rude and unhelpful. Their contract has language that may be against CT Law due to renewal clause and no nitification. Beware of these people!

I will for sure be reaching out to them if ever I have a need--hopefully never. The young man came on time and was so efficient and earnest as he listened to me and he did not smirk or make me feel silly for being concerned and squeamish. I even learned about the habits of these critters and how they think and behave. The price was reasonable and Mary in the front office was super efficient and easy to work with. Ladies, from one single woman to another, go with Millette!

Very nice family company. Came quickly to check out my home, said I had only a “slight” problem with mice & gave me a sound plan for the year. I’m seeing improvement all the time. Happy to finally rid myself of these pests. Also glad my cat & grandkids are safe as well.

This company is by far the best pest control company in the state. They are very knowledgeable in every aspect of pests. I called them because I had several hornet nests under my porch, and I am deathly allergic. I called Millette and they showed up right away, taking care of the issue. I would recommend Marshall and Millette Pest Control to all friends and family.

Was initially impressed. Pretty disappointed now. They canceled an appointment last minute and for a lousy excuse considering THEY made the appointment and I was desperate for them to do the job I had hired and.paid them ahead of time.for. Very frustrating that all these companies want money up front, but then don't do the job.
