This company parked in front of my driveway for 6+ hours, preventing me from using my driveway. Why use a company with such high disrespect for property owners?

Hello Kelly Blanchat, having lots of people flood your neighborhood every time there is a big event at the High School must be frustrating. Reviews are reserved for actual business dealings. You should not take it out on the people who actually parked responsibility and legally. I learned from the police department that there were 15 cars parked illegally and irresponsibly that evening. They were towed away. You will notice mine was not one of them. That’s because you are incorrect in your statement on how I parked blocking your driveway. I made sure before going inside that I did not do such a thing. I’m sure you called the cops and were upset on how they did not tow my vehicle. That’s the issue, you don’t need to try to ruin my reputation because you’re upset. I advise you to remove this post as it is fraudulent.<br><br>

I called with an emergency-a pine that fell into my dog run with the three dogs trapped and no way out. They came promptly and within 2 hours was completed. Cleaned up and you would never of known that they were here. However, after I looked closely at their bill,they charged $100.00 for 4 photos taken on a iPhone for the insurance billing. Come on really?. $2400.00 for this branch ?

We have used Brothers' Tree Service for several projects. The most recent was to remove, trim, and thin out an area in front of our house near the street. One tree had fallen, and another was going to fall at some point. They removed some trees, trimmed several others, and in general made the entire area look much better as well as being better for the growth of the trees that remained. We were very happy with the work and will gladly continue to use Brothers' Tree Service.

I rarely ,if ever ,leave reviews, BUT I called Brother's Tree Service at 930 am due to a tree down due to lighting , by 10 am Joe was here inspected and gave me a written estimate. At 11 AM work began and in a hour the tree was gone...I would highly recommend them for service.

Brother’s Tree Service did a fantastic job! They safely removed a dead medium-sized tree from our front yard, planted a beautiful new one in its place, and also pruned a large tree in our backyard. The team was efficient, respectful of our property, and left everything looking great. Highly recommend their work!

The Brother's Tree Service workers arrived on time, got right to work and started the job. They worked great as a team and accomplished their task in record time. I was very impressed with their equipment which was either new or very well maintained. They removed a large tree just 4 feet from the house and were very skilled and patient to complete the task efficiently. They ended by completely raking up the work area and leaving it as clean as they found it. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any tree work needed.

I recently used Brothers Tree service to cut down two trees , a maple in my front yard, and an Elm tree in my back yard. I couldn’t be more pleased. Their price was competitive, they were punctual, and their work was very professional. They cleaned up debris and left my property spotless. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I asked them for an estimate. It was 5 times what 2 other tree services wanted. They keep sending me proposals. I told them I hired another firm. I asked them three times to stop sending me proposals. They just keep harassing me with e-mail proposals.

If finding cheap labor with poor communication was your goal it seems like you have found it. We offer free written proposals that are super comprehensive and clearly prepared. Our system sends automated reminders and can be declined any time as I explained. I believe reviews should be reserved for actual customers who have work completed. If that is harassment then I’m guilty as charged.

I cannot speak for their work. However, I was quoted $3500 to remove a single tree. I am not an arborist, but when I received this quote I was a little taken aback. I know tree work is expensive but that price is just ridiculous, and a little insulting. So I called two other fully licensed, reputable arborist in the Waterbury area and was quoted $1600 and $1800 consecutively for the exact same job. Brother's Tree Service may have excellent reviews, but I'm not entirely sure why they would attempt to charge me almost twice as much as their competitors. Needless to say I will not be using Brother's Tree Service, nor recommending them to anyone.

Hello Nico, sorry to hear of your disappointment in our very inclusive proposal. I’m pretty sure reviews are meant for actually reviewing a completed business transaction. I ask that you reconsider this and delete this review. I was very prompt and professional which is not part of your review. I was able to research the proposal in question and remember meeting with you. As I remember you wanted me to leave the tree half standing. What you were taken back by was my refusal to leave a hazard hanging over the street. So I don’t have confidence that the competition is going to complete the job to your satisfaction or even to proper standards. While I was there I was able to identify all the trees and explain to you as a new homeowner about the three line items on the proposal I prepared for you. Being that the job has not been completed yet by the so-called competition… I would ask that you reserve judgment until your trees have been removed. I have no record of sending you a certificate of insurance… The only way you can judge if a contractor is properly insured is by receiving a certificate from the insurance company directly. I’d be happy to send you one for further analysis. I recommend you receive one from the competition before allowing them to proceed. Thanks in advance for your professionalism.

Not quite sure what all the good reviews are about. We had Brother's Tree Service come out to do an estimate. The estimate included a bunch of unnecessary things and the price was astronomical. Also, whoever came out barely walked the property. I was not the one who communicated with whomever on the phone but I was told they were very rude and refused to come out and do an estimate in the evening or on the weekend which is ridiculous for any tree or landscape company.

Hello Sean, I think I was able to look into the free proposal that I generated for a woman named Maryann with the same last name. I presume she is your wife. We communicated via text and there was nothing rude about anything that was said. I’d be happy to share the communications with you if you are interested. I was able to quickly look over the items she identified and use your neighbors driveway to look over portions of the work. I was being courteous as to not excite the large dogs that Maryann told me about via text. I heard them barking inside the house and didn’t want to rile them up. I’ve worked as a licensed arborist for 20 years, this experience allows me to be pretty efficient. I am able to concentrate on customer service full time. This being said, i’d like to address any problems with the free proposal that was sent to Maryann. So far, two phone calls and a text on this beautiful Sunday afternoon have gone unanswered. Also to answer your question on why all the 5 star ⭐️ reviews…? I think they speak for themselves as these are all great customers of ours who took time to try helping other google users find the best services. A shame you would go out of your way to smear them and us without even speaking with us or being an actual customer. Good luck on your future inquiries.

After clearing the snow prior to the arrival of my firewood, the driver backed through the cleared ground and dumped the wood in the snow. The wood itself is semi-seasoned, it does burn, but takes forever to light. Joe, one of the owners, contacted me and graciously came to my house and made a gift of several of his products to compensate me for my complaint. I was impressed enough to hire him to take a tree down which his leaning precariously toward my roof.
