I recently had an issue with mice coming into my home your technician Scott Ruiz Arrived on scene today, November 25 on time was extremely courteous and took the time to look at the situation asses it, then made some recommendations and then went out of his way to set additional traps from what I currently had set and what had been previously been set. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, especially the Waterbury, CT branch. They take your money, you get decent service for a week and then you're completely ignored. For two and a half weeks now I have called numerous times to the main line to get someone out to my house with no return phone calls. I have called manager cell phones and inspector cell phones and no one returns calls. Appointments have been cancelled and supposedly rescheduled, but no one showed up or called. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My elderly mother bought a year-long contract. They came out, set the traps, and ignored her for the next ten months. Every time I called, they said they'd have someone out within a day. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. They came TWICE. Two times, and this after me threatening to report them for predatory business practices on the elderly. In November, there was a huge mouse infestation -- why not?
