I’m a new customer of ProSource. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting the ProSource Specialist, Rob. He provided a detail of what to expect with the treatment today, as well as safety precautions for my dogs following the service. I appreciated the timeliness of the service as well as the call ahead to ensure my dogs were safe inside the house. Rob was also training a new technician. Although I didn’t catch his name, I’m grateful for the professionalism. Looking forward to having ProSource protect my property this year for all things pest related.

Was told on the phone $299 for the first visit, then $60 for the following treatment, but it actually charged $350 for the first bill and over $120 for the continue treatment.

Hello, (TY) doesn't help us confirm your status as a customer. We cannot address a complaint if we do not know your name or address. If there was a price adjustment, it was due to a pest issue that required additional equipment and more frequent services. All pricing details are clearly disclosed before you sign any agreement with us. I would like to discuss this further; please call us.
It would be extremely helpful if the service report indicated how empty the bait boxes were and if you see any activity of the rodents when on site.

I contacted this service, and a person answered. She told me to send her my info and a video of the problem I was having with a skunk damaging my yard. There was only one. In the end, I didn't receive a response. Very poor customer service.

The BIGGEST rip off and scam in the industry. Do NOT call them. They lie, they only care about the money, and completely over charge you. Should be reported honestly! They said they normally charge $5500 and they’ll give me $1,000 off to remove bats and flying squirrels from my attic. I called Alpha Wildlife and they were honest, loyal, way more knowledgeable, and deff not trying to take advantage. They set traps and caught NOTHING! They charged me $450 to do everything to make sure they never come back in by putting up metal screens but, there was nothing up there to begin with. Be careful what people tell you. Did a superb job as they were not looking to scam me. Call Alpha.
