Initially, everything seemed fine, but a few months after treatment I started noticing activity again. I tried reaching out multiple times and never received a call back. Because of the lack of follow-up and communication, I ended up going with another company.

We called Protex after not having any luck with previous companies. I called Protex and left a message and they called me back immediately even though the owner was on vacation. He was very attentive and didn't dismiss me or my concerns at all and he was able to schedule me the same day that afternoon (just a few hours later). Matt came to take care of the nest of white-faced hornets that took up residence under our mailbox and was so quick and informative about the situation. He took care to let us know how the process went and made sure to take a look around the garage where we had seen some as well. He was very friendly and did a great job. He was efficient, showed up exactly on time, listened to our concerns, and made sure we were satisfied with the job. We highly recommend Protex Pest Control for any of your pest control needs!

Additionally the services are very affordable and no subscription or long term contract is needed which is very convenient for us.

But the thing I really like about them is they don’t shove an aggressive add-on sales pitch in your face like many competitors, it’s refreshing. We have an old house and had mice in the walls. Jon and Mathew were absolutely amazing through the whole process. Everything was explained thoroughly, their communion was spot on for appointments (phone call and text with a picture of who is coming), and they made sure all traps in common areas were cat safe. I was impressed that they really took their time with the initial consultation to get to know our problem areas instead of just tossing an estimate. We're very happy with the results, and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for these services.

My 4 year old daughter and I had a traumatic experience... she stepped on a yellow jacket nest in our mulch area. Both of us got swarmed with bees and were stunk several times. Jon responded to my message late on a Saturday night. An hour after we spoke Sunday morning he was at my house. He located the problem and solved it quickly. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to anyone.
