I called in the afternoon about a yellowjacket nest, and Alex was able to come the following morning. He found the nest under my back deck, and also identified where they were sneaking into my house through a tiny space in my molding. He sealed it, put on his hazmat suit, got under the deck and eliminated the nest in less than an hour. Great response, expert treatment. Many thanks to Northeast and Alex! 5-Star experience, for sure!

This company deserves 10 stars! We discovered an insect nest in our attic so we instantly called Northeast. Northeast sent a technician to our house the same day and the nest was removed. He also showed us another problem area, which he also took care of. Technician (Alex) was great - showed us the problem areas, explained everything, and of course removed the nests.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! This call center is rude and VERY unprofessional! If I knew the lady’s name that very rudely hung up on me I also would do that too! Unbelievable.

Caring and prompt service.

The worst ones, the guy fumigated for elimination the cockroaches,and the animals increased I paid 300 and they never took responsibility for their work. Shailin tells me if it refreshes, I have to pay again. That's a scam. Finally, she doesn't answer his phone anymore.

Highly recommended. We have been using them for 12 years, and nothing is a hassle for them.
