Trapped in a nightmare of pests. This company has not been helpful. Awful communication and no accountability. Jason and Linda keep playing pass the buck. I cannot get any information from them, even though they have been told numerous times to give me the information. The technicians tell me one thing and their office tells me something else. The office creates reports from tech notes while leaving out facts and never seeing anything in person. Not helpful, waste of time and money.

Tech was on time. Called while in transit to confirm. Explained all details of what he was going to do & then did.

Chris was a terrific and knowledgeable individual upon initial evaluation. We signed a contract, the office called to set up a date and time, HOWEVER , we waited all day and they were a NO SHOW and never called.

They not fix the problem they only treat the mice . They put poison in my house an the mice died in side they never closed the holes !! Just keep getting mice !! Poor company

**Update to my previous 5 star review** They do not follow-through on their promises. For 2 years we selected the plan that has them come out I believe 3 times each year for preventative spraying/maintenance. Both years, during the fall, I noticed that they never called to schedule the spraying and never showed up. I had to call MULTIPLE times to get them to come out, each time speaking with multiple people. They tried to tell me that if I didn't have any bugs, they didn't need to come out. But why was I paying for a program that included a certain number of preventative maintenance sprays, if they weren't going to come out that many times? I gave them a second chance by selecting the same service for the second year, and the same hassle happened. Part of the reason I loved the concept of their service, was that it was something I didn't need to keep track of. But nope, I had to hound them down again the second year. We now go with Fox and have had great success with them. **Original Review** Don't look anywhere else, because this is the company to call if you have a pest problem. We had a horrible carpenter ant situation and they were able to fully solve the problem. Every moment of the process is great, from when you call to schedule, until you say good-bye to the tech. One of their team members, Ted, came out for the initial spraying (we choose a package that covers multiple visits) and he was awesome. Friendly, extremely thorough, and took his time explaining everything. We haven't seen an ant since that first spraying. We are extremely happy and highly recommend them.
