Big blue bug has been a LIFE SAVER! I moved to CT from GA out of an apartment complex infested with roaches. John came out and treated my new place prior to me moving in and again once I was unpacked and someone has come back regularly to ensure nothing followed me from GA. They have given me such peace of mind and have been so great. John came out today for my 3rd visit and was very helpful in addressing new concerns woth wasps and got then taken care if right away. I can not recomend them enough!

Gabby was on time , courteous, explained everything and provided most excellent service. I feel so much better knowing my home is better protected.

We had a sudden ant invasion at home over the weekend, so I went through a Google search to see if anyone had 24-hour service. Their Sunday service was impressive, with a friendly and helpful answering service. They promptly responded on Monday morning, treated the house, and even found other critters we weren’t aware of. Problem resolved. Prices were reasonable, and the team was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend them!!

If I could give 10000 stars I would !!!!! VERY PLEASED CUSTOMER HERE !!!! For over a month in my room right above my bed, I have been hearing rustling and scratching in the ceiling/walls. The noises were very unsettling, causing me to have multiple sleepless nights in fear that whatever was making the noise would come through my walls. I called exterminator after exterminator to identify and resolve the problem. However, nobody was able to help. I called 7 exterminators to be exact. With little to no hope, while being depressed, scared and uncomfortable to be in my own home. I continued to call other exterminators. At my 8th attempt I called Big Blue Bug Solutions and was connected with JD. JD from our first conversation relieved a lot of stress as he was very knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation as well as being available as soon as the next day to help! JD completed a thorough inspection of my home. The inspection lasted a little longer than an hour, compared to previous inspections with other agencies, which lasted 10 to 15 minutes the most. JD went above and beyond to ensure he answered all my questions and concerns. He even fulfilled my request to cut a whole in my ceiling to obtain a better idea of what animal is in my walls by using his camera equipment. I was so pleased with JD‘s inspection that I signed up for services with him on the spot. JD was able to begin services the next day. He was so thorough with the insulation process that he caught three mice within the first 10minutes. Confirming my problem was mice! He even went out his way to install traps (at my request) in the ceiling where I for the past month was constantly hearing noises. I am so thankful for JD, along with his professionalism and knowledge and look forward to utilizing his services ongoing! Lastly, I’d like to point out how knowledgeable he is regarding rodents because he was able to identify before even catching the mice what kind of mice I had by simply looking at the trails left behind by the mice, while other agencies Confidently told me they don’t see any rodent evidence at all.

715 this morning I called the service about yellow jacket, infestation that and was found last evening and now we’re also flying in the house. The woman didn’t give me her name all I asked if they could help me. She said they couldn’t get anyone else there today.. I asked her if she could assist me by making a recommendation and she hung up on me. I attempted to call back and she hung up again. This is very poor customer service. I can only hope that our telephone call was recorded.

I called the Big Blue to come to my CT home and eliminate a problem with about 4 or five moles in my yard. I had to continually call the back since the problem was never rectified. They finally said my warranty and run out and they would have to charge me another $450 even though they never solved the problem in the first treatment. I don't know about other pests but don't use them for moles...

JD inspected the mice traps and pointed out mice activity. He sealed around newly installed gas pipes to prevent entry. As a result of ant spraying on the previous visit we no longer have ant activity. JD is professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and answers all questions.

Just want to give a shout out to Alex (employee #85). I was given a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival, Alex got right to work. He was thorough with his checks and knowledgeably answered all my questions without making me feel like my worries weren't warranted. I was epically failed and misled by 2 other well known companies. I should have known to call the Big Blue Bug in the first place! With one call, Fran ( the manager ) came right out the next day and talked to us about our options and finally we got the truth about carpenter ants and a good treatment plan. We finally know we’re going in the right direction! Professional, knowledgeable and courteous !

They came and exterminated a hard to reach hornet nest. Their quote was more reasonable than other pest control companies I called. The technician, Tony, was very knowledgeable and explained a lot about hornet behavior and what we could expect during and after extermination.

I don’t know much about ants. Francis Tranquillo came to my house for a home inspection and gave me information so I could better understand what was going on. Then he helped me to make an appropriate decision. Because of his service I would absolutely use Big Blue Bug in the future!

It Was Indeed A Pleasure To Work With Jay DeJesus And The Big Blue Bug Solution Company. During the Initial Interview, it was apparent that they were very knowledgeable about my problem. They Had Sound Solutions for the Problem, Which Was catching the Wildlife Skunks, Possums and Ground Hogs which were invading my yard. Vince was very professional, on time and courteous. He did more than the usual of checking the outdoor bait stations. He walked around my house, looked at the windows and corners of the top portion of the house visually inspecting for any wasp nests and spiderweb. He saw a squirrel hanging out on top of the roof and on the side of the house to see if they're were signs of any attempts to get inside the house through any open cracks or openings in the house. He also looked in my attic for any signs of critters trying to make their home inside my house. Overall, I was very pleased with Vince, his demeanor, professionalism and the recommendations he offered to keep my home pest-free. He even offered to schedule a follow-up visit in a month to see how everything is going. Hopefully Vince will be the one who is on the call next month since he is now familiar with my home and with what he reported. I was one satisfied customer today.
