Jonathan is really good at what he does. In the fall We cleaned out our garage at the Shelter. We left the door open, Mice came in and was running around. I spent 500.00 trying to get rid of them. It didn’t work. I called Jonathan, honestly they are all Gone. Thank you Ct Pest Control.

I am pleased with the service by CT pest control. They have been taking care of my property since last 2-3 years. I called them initially when I had a Wasp/hornet problem in one summer. They did very good job very first time and no Wasps or Hornets since then. I definitely give them 5 stars.

Had an appt set for Wednesday. Set up via text which I found out later you are dealing with a robot Named Edna or Alfa whatever. Took time off from work waited two hours and no one showed. I tried calling their office but apparently closed. Moving on to my original choice to help with our rodent problem Expello in North Haven. I got bad advice from a friend to try CT Pest

Update my rating has gone down. It’s been 11 days since this visit. I’ve reached out and asked for my estimate and still haven’t received anything. I guess they dont need or want more business Tyler came for my home inspection for rodent/critter proofing. He communicated in pretty good detail some things they would inspect more and seal. The home proofing does require a one time service or quarterly service and he understood my wishes not to use pesticides, glue traps etc. and didn’t push anything on me. I really just want to make sure my house is sealed so nothing can get in and obviously make sure to eliminate what might be in the home and that’s all. He was professional and explained everything well. I haven’t done anything yet so TBD on the rest

David was nice ,Professional . States it should solve problem 1-2 weeks . 30 day warranty . Will call if not resolved within the month -will see. He used both powder / liquid insecticide around perimeter house

Worst experience I have had with a company in a while. I have communicated to Frank multiple I live out of state and will be traveling to CT just for this appointment the day of the service there was a no show no call

I paid for the exclusionary service for mice, which was quite expensive, and I’ve still continued to have mice in the house. Besides that, I’m really happy with CT Pest - the regular service is reasonably priced, and the techs are all personable and knowledgeable.

I hired CT pest control to get rid of a squirrel problem They came out and set the traps when I called them to tell them the squirrels were in the traps and it was very hot out. They told me they only check the traps once a day they said they were short-handed and would be out at the end of the day. The squirrel ended up being in the trap for 30 hours. When I call to complain I asked for a call back from the owner he told me they were short-handed. I thought t he whole experience was very unprofessional
